The property was a dream stay!!! We will definitely be coming back. We had a few questions before we reserve. The room and management was quick to reply with all positive answers can’t describe how great of a trip it was on the property itself.

My wife and I stayed here and for the same price as a hotel has a nice quiet place. Will use again for sure when we return to see our son at USCB.

It’s a bit confusing that some emails are from VRBO and some from the management company. Also there is a damage fee and a long contract. There’s no washer and dryer. It’s a nice spot though.

This was a nice place to stay versus staying in a hotel. We really liked the location since it is very close to Old Downtown Bluffton. This property sits on a very large lot that was very pretty to look at. The inside was clean and comfortable. We knew ahead of time that it only had a kitchenette but that was fine because we did not plan on trying to cook full meals. The small dorm style refrigerator was perfect for storing our drinks and snacks and the hot plate worked fine for warming things up. There was a nice Keurig coffee maker provided and we made good use of that. It took us a few minutes to figure out that you had to point the tv remote at the booster in the window sill but once we figured it out the tv was very easy to use. The soaps and shampoo/conditioner that was provided was very nice and hotel quality. They also provided a new sponge and small bottle of dish soap for the kitchenette. I thought this was very thoughtful. It was very quiet and peaceful and easy to relax and fall asleep. We had an issue with the power going off on our last night there. Luckily it came back on within 5 minutes. We called the property manager to report it and there was some confusion on the part of the answering service but the property manager did contact us within the half hour. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this property to other travelers.

We absolutely loved Bluffton. It was an easy drive to Hilton Head and Savannah. The place was clean, comfortable, and very nicely furnished.

Just as advertised — clean, functional and well located near Bluffton. Had an issue with coffee maker and was attended to /fixed right away.

The Old Bluffton studio apartment was as advertised; convenient, clean and comfortable. Entry keypad was a bit clunky until we got the hang of it. Requested support for a balky coffeemaker was quick and helpful. Overall a nice studio if a bit cher.

This was a very nice place to stay. The location was great as we could walk everywhere but yet was quiet and off the beaten path. I would recommend it highly and we would definitely rent it in the future.

The unit is nice. It is above the owners garage so you will periodically hear the garage doors go up and down. Having a kitchenette was wonderful and the location cannot be beat. Try the May River Grill for dinner...excellent!

Seamless process - perfect location and studio apartment - clean and exactly what we needed!

We wanted to stay close to the Old Town where we were attending a wedding, and this was out perfect. Was SO glad at the end of the wedding reception at 10 at night we had such a short way to get to our beds. No chance of getting lost! Very comfortable, clean private retreat.
