Great centralized location for visiting all area national parks. Tons to do and see. Kanab is a cute town with shops and restaurants. House was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Hot tub too! Would recommend.

We loved Kanab! We loved this property!
Everything in the home was very clean. The King size bed was very Comfortable and so were the pillows! I loved the fuzzy blankets! The kitchen was great-pots and pans were there as well as coffee & coffee pot! We used the crock pot for our steak & potatoes and enjoyed a meal when we got home from hiking! The hot tub was great to soak in when coming home with achey muscles. The patio the hot tub is on was private but it needs some attention. The outdoor furniture needs cleaned and the grill cover and brush was in a corner of the patio in some debris. In all fairness this could have blown off in the wind. The grill was nice to have but there was no propane in the tank (the reason our meal went in the crockpot the next day). Although, it was stipulated in the agreement that there may not be gas in the tank (from previous renters) I wouldn't mind paying the extra to know it is filled and can be utilized when needed. The use of the garage was nice! We will be back!

Although we spent most of the days at the local national parks, the times we didn't at the condo were very pleasant. The home was immaculate and every amenity we needed was available. Great place to stay if you're going to Zion, Grand Canyon, Cedar Break, or Bryce Canyon.

We had an incredible stay in Kanab! Loved the area and all the adventures to be had in the area. We stayed 7 nights at the townhome, and were so happy that we did. The townhome was well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated…the hot tub was a plus for stargazing at night after a day of hiking. Bed was very comfortable and it was very peaceful and quiet. Would def stay again!

This condo is beautiful and equipped with everything our family needed for a wonderful stay. Communication with the owner was responsive. The property is super clean and well organized and the washer and dryer were very much appreciated. It’s quite the gem!

So clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with little extras made our stay so nice like crockpot, plenty of towel, washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen for cooking, tv in every bed room for downtime. . Loved the layout and extras like soft blankets, hot tub, private corner until with outside space, garage parking. Definitely want to stay again. It was super!

This was a very pleasant place to return to after a day of hiking. It is a new, well-appointed property with hot tub and grill in a fenced in yard. We've rented many properties, and this was the cleanest we've had the pleasure of staying in. Communication and check-in were easy, everything we needed was available, and we recommend this property.

This place was very well decorated and was very clean. The beds were soft too which was fantastic. Backyard area was very nice for hanging out. Only minor complaint was the coffee maker was super cheap. Took 45 minutes to an hour for one pot. Would still stay here again without hesitation.

Spent Thanksgiving weekend in the hot tub townhouse. Lots of room and everything was clean and organized. Had a great visit with family and took in the Kanab tree lighting and parade. Only problem was the coffee maker. Needs to be replaced with something more efficient. Hot tub was great and well maintained. Great property for a relaxing stay.

We chose Kenab so that we could easily get to Zion, Bryce, North Rim, Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell.
The place was better than expected. It was so neat and organized. The beds were comfy. The towels were fluffy. The owners had shampoo, lotion, shower gel - and not just travel sizes. Able to do laundry- everything was there. Used their cooler for our day trips. Hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. I’d say this was the cleanest and most orderly VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This property has absolutely everything that we could have wanted or needed. Kanab is a cute town and is located in the middle of all of the National Parks. The hot tub was wonderful for after all of the hiking we did during our stay there.

We loved staying in this VRBO. Extremely clean and comfortable. Convenient to both Zion and Bryce National Parks. I loved being able to spread out after a long day hiking. The hot tub was amazing too. Very clean. We enjoyed grilling dinner on the back patio. I liked having laundry avail. Great they provided towels for hot tub. Only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was too soft. Didn’t have a box spring.

This condo was great for our family of 4! Kanab is centrally located to several national parks, including Bruce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon, as well as several other smaller local hikes. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was clean and spacious. The king bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We enjoyed the hot tub at night looking up at the numerous stars. So relaxing and healing after long days of hiking. They had plenty of towels, extra linens and pillows. The blankets were all super soft and cozy. The location was perfect to go to the North rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce. We were also impressed at all the good restaurants in Kanab. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous Rental in Kanab Utah
This rental was the perfect spot for our group of 6 friends. We loved the location and being able to use the patio with hot tub in the evenings after our daily adventures. We were in the area to visit several National Parks and local state parks and attractions. The location was perfectly centered for our excursions. The rental had all the amenities and supplies we needed. We also loved having the garage to park our motorcycles in overnight. The surrounding scenery was also gorgeous.

Great location for an adventurous vacation
My fiancé and I loved staying at this property. The townhouse was stocked with basic items and everything was squeaky clean when we arrived. The hot tub was a huge plus after long days of hiking. My favorite thing about this property is the location. We were able to explore Bryce Canyon, Zion, Arizona, and some local adventures in Kanab: all within an hour an a half from the property. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!
