Came down with a group of 12 for some golf and fell in love with this property. The house slept 12 comfortably and had everything we needed. The location couldn't be any better and the pool is a huge plus. Ryan was outstanding to work with - he set us up with a contact for golf booking, recos for local spots/courses, and was extremely prompt in response time. 12/10.

This was a perfect property for us 12 male golfers to stay comfortably. The property was well-maintained and had nice amenities to keep us entertained and comfortable during our stay. It was also located in a great spot for us to easily make it to our tee times at the variety of local courses in the Pinehurst area. It's a great value if you're splitting the expenses with several people.

House was awesome! Pictures do not do it justice. The golf simulator is right off the main living area which makes for a lot of fun with your golf group. Location is central and easy access to both Pinehurst and southern pines. Property manager Ryan is prompt and professional. Don’t hesitate and book now.

Our group of 12 had an incredible time at the house. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The simulator was an absolute blast. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our first golf trip to the Pinehurst area. It was exactly what we were looking for. Ryan was great a great host and made the check-in process super easy. The location of the golf simulator off the main living area was ideal for socializing and getting a few swings in post round.
The location of the house itself was close to a number of courses, which was great for getting 36 holes in one of the days. Talamore and Mid South Club were both about 5 minutes away.
We will definitely be returning to this house for future Pinehurst golf trips!

Very enjoyable stay! Beautiful home and fit all 12 easily. Simulator was a game changer and nice pool area. A few areas to improve: slippery shower and some electricity sounds by some lamps

Fantastic experience. The house was perfect for our group of 8 golfers. Ryan, our host could not have been more gracious or accommodating. He even came right out to fix the golf simulator after I accidentally shut it down incorrectly. Great guy. Would definitely recommend this home.

Group of 12 guys. House was great! We have stayed in multiple houses in the Pinehurst area over the years, and the group said they enjoyed this house the most. Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms and beds, good outdoor space, nice screened-in "sunroom" with ping pong table and TV. Separate house with bedrooms was good for those that needed to rest their eyes more than others. Great Location!! We will certainly try to stay here again.

The retreat house was perfect for our group (12 guys, mid 40s). Everyone had a comfortable bed, great showers, and oodles of space to hang out, both inside and out. The host had everything we needed (coffee, charcoal, towels, etc). You will not be disappointed.

Great spot for golf groups
The house is spacious and has a great outdoor area. Great location and close to everything. The one thing we would recommend is looking into the musty smell. All of our clothes smell like it now. The doors are a bit old and difficult to open and close.
All in all, we enjoyed the stay and appreciate how easy it was to get in and out!

This house was perfect for blended families traveling for a National Golf Tournament. Our host, Ryan was very responsive and even came out to fix some lights that were out by the pool during the stay. I highly recommend using them!

Spacious home for family reunion
We rented this house for my dad’s 80th birthday. Bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed spending time in the screened in porch which had a ping pong table and cornhole set. We had a great time!

Amazing house, amazing host!
I can't say enough good things about our weekend here! The house was amazing. It was big enough for our 5 couples with room to spread out and not get in each others way. It was clean, well-maintained, well stocked and convenient. Our host was amazing and kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as leaving us a very thoughtful gift upon our arrival. I dropped a ring in the couch (didn't even realize it) and before I even got home I was texted and it was mailed the next day. Amazing house and amazing host! Can't wait for my next trip to Pinehurst with our group, we will definitely stay here!
