Amazing stay!
Great house clean house, breathtaking views, close to downtown Ashville, all rooms comfortably equiped with TVs and King beds, fully loaded kitchen, 2 patios fully furnished. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this home. It has everything including a wonderful view off the back deck. The location is great. Only 10-15 minutes to drive downtown, the Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. No issues with check in or check out. We look forward to staying at this property again.

The home is absolutely stunning. We wished we lived there. The hosts thought of everything - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for bathrooms, nice little touches everywhere. And the view! C'est magnifique! The master bedroom, kitchen, living room and second bedroom all have this fabulous view! Our teenaged daughter is used to luxury, but even she was surprised by how nice this was. So nice. The hardwood floors are beautiful and the furnishings are lovely. They even have games in the living room cabinet (monopoly, uno, etc.) for you to play. We went in summer so we didn't get to use the fireplace, bathroom heater, or other cold weather features, but they are there for those who go in the fall or winter. Such a beautiful, well maintained home. I fully recommend without reservations. We will stay there again.

Fabulous view, perfectly clean, beautifully landscaped, and a wonderfully quiet neighborhood to enjoy after days of being out and about. We were unable to get an answer from the management company to a query about the coffee maker in the property before arriving, which was puzzling, and the mattresses appeared to be covered in some kind of plastic which made them warmer than we liked, but otherwise, a perfect property.

The house was perfect for our summer vacation. Great access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore and Asheville. House was appointed well and comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings.

Having a mirror or two in the bedrooms would be helpful. 5 ladies getting ready in 2 bathrooms would have been nice to have an extra mirror. Other than that, it was a seamless stay.

We loved this amazing home. Everything is well done, comfortable and spotless. The decor, kitchen, bedding, it’s all top notch. We spent most of our time outside on the deck. We will be back! Property was perfect for our weekend getaway. A short drive to all the Asheville restaurants and the Biltmore. Beautiful viewfrom the deck. Our only mild complaint is that there were no lights on when we arrived in the evening, which made it pitch black and hard to find. Other than that, no issues. Definitely would recommend.

Property was perfect for our weekend getaway. A short drive to all the Asheville restaurants and the Biltmore. Beautiful view

We found the property clean and very well equipped to prepare even a complex Thanksgiving Feast. The view is stupendous and the property is well located. Great Place to Stay!
This is a wonderful Vrbo property; beautifully located with views for miles. We spent our Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was perfectly equipped to prepare a full dinner. Everything about the house was immaculate!!

Invasion of privacy and security
Someone (owner? agent?) came onto the property while we were out for the day. We got no notice before or explanation after. Completely unacceptable.

The moment we pulled in we fell Inlove. The view is amazing the home is completely set up. We plan to go back and bring our family ! A few areas needed some dusting but majority was very clean. Family Break
Wonderful deck, very clean and modern. Great location. Supermarket 10 mins away and Asheville a gem to visit. Highly recommended.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were confusing directions regarding the wifi. House was clean and comfortable and agood location for all of the things we wanted to do. Porch needs some more comfortable lounge seating. We would have enjoyed being out there more. Love Asheville will be back next year.

Internet and TV were not working. Internet got fixed TV cable TV was not. The day before last, the water heater stopped working. I had to leave my trip one day short. I have been asking for refund for the night that I was unable to stay due to lack of hot water. I am still getting the runaround.

This house is the cleanest house that we've encountered so far, and we've rented a number of VRBOs. The home is close to everything, yet far enough up the mountain to provide excellent views and the quiet sounds of nature.
The pictures do not do it justice. I had no idea the views and the location were this great.
My family and I enjoyed staying here and would stay again. It's close to the Biltmore Estate, waterfalls, Chimney Rock, Hendersonville, caverns and much more.
The owner and management company were very responsive.

The home is close to everything, yet far enough up the mountain to provide excellent views and the quiet sounds of nature. The pictures do not do it justice. I had no idea the views and the location were this great. My family and I enjoyed staying here and would stay again. Bad experience
Internet and TV were not working. Internet got fixed TV cable TV was not. The day before last, the water heater stopped working. I had to leave my trip one day short. I have been asking for refund for the night that I was unable to stay due to lack of hot water. I am still getting the runaround.

Only wish was for rockers or some additional patio furniture to enjoy the porch a bit more. We would definitely return!
