One bathroom was not clean. no broom, dust pan or vacuum available. This would be nice for use in kitchen especially. Too many steps to get luggage and food inside. Not enough kitchen equipment - no pizza pan, pizza cutter, large baking sheet. Oven needed cleaning.Toilet tissue was extremely thin. Good things - lots of linens available,kids loved the water equipment and the games and equipment in the extra room. The location was great. Kids also loved the bunk room. TV was not easy to operate and no instructions were available. Overall it was a very nice vacation and I think the complaints could be fixed.

This is an amazing property! If you are looking for a place to accommodate a large group, it is perfect. We had 8 in our party which gave each person their on bed. The newly remodeled upper level is beautiful however with the second building that they refer to as the game room we didn’t even use the upper level except to sleep. The game room was definitely our hang-out spot! Located in a nice quiet cove we enjoyed fishing from the docks as well. All around I would highly recommend this property! Look forward to staying there again!

We stayed for a long weekend with my extended family to celebrate Christmas. The house was perfect for all the different ages and had plenty of room.

A nice house but needs some cleaning on back porch and website listed a hot tub but there wasn’t one. Rental agent told me that listing was a glitch but we were disappointed there wasn’t one Also, rental agent sent me an email on Friday night telling us to prep for Saturday departure but we had rental until Sunday. So, a nice comfy house but communication needs improvement.

We were there for Thanksgiving, and loved the property. The house was easily able to accommodate our large group. Jeanine was very responsive to any questions we had, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Lake Oconee area.

We had multiple families in town for a wedding and we stayed together at the house. We had fun with the fire pit and fishing and kayaking off the dock. Lots of great space and plenty of bathrooms.

This house was just perfect for our youth group and teachers! There were 14 of us in the group. The layout of the rooms gave us exactly the space we needed. The kids really enjoyed playing pool and other games in the spacious downstairs area. They enjoyed playing foosball in the game room, as well. The weather was perfect, and the tables outside on the decks were used for most meals. We were very grateful for the area under the deck to be able to load our vehicles because it was raining when it was time to pack up. We will echo what other reviewers said about disposing of the trash. It is really something that you need to plan for. We did a trash run before packing up the vehicles, but there was one final bag to take on our way out a couple of hours later. When we went by the trash center at that time, it was closed, and we ended up having to haul the trash with us until we stopped for lunch. The property owner was very good about replying to messages promptly. We would highly recommend this property for a large group!

We booked a stay with 11 adults and one teenager. There is more than enough space for 5 couples to have their own room and space for singles in bunk beds. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The game room is incredible and was an awesome spot to serve our meals and just eat them inside or sit by the dock. The dock has kayaks and paddles we were able to use and a great fire pit and BBQ grill. There is ample parking for over 12 vehicles in the back and it is in a very private neighborhood, but not too far from a local gas station. It is not far from downtown Eatonton either. I will say, you need to take your trash to a trash collection facility, make sure to read all the instructions when you book this stay.

The lake house was perfect for everyone to come and have a great time. There was plenty of space for our large family and the extra game room was a perfect space for our gathering. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make great memories.

We were a party of 18--10 adults & 8 children 11 months-9 years old. The house was very nice & in a beautiful setting. Plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed going on the lake in the boats. The property is very hilly, though & may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. We recommend this property to anyone with a large group!

We came with 3 generations of our family, and just loved it! The location was gorgeous, the rooms spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and the game room was a bonus! We plan on returning:)

Everything was just as described. Host was great with communication and directions. We had 18 people for a family reunion. The kids had plenty of space to hang out in the ape parade game room and basement areas when they needed space. Huge fire pit and great dock area to hang out on hot days. We celebrated my daughter and her roomates birthday here and it was basically perfect. House was as described and very well stocked. The separate game room and full kitchen made it perfect for the kids (college age) but also to prep the low country boil we had outside. We sat at the firepit for several hours each evening singing and playing the guitar. My only critique is the bathrooms upstairs have no towel hooks or bars. Each bathroom is shared by two bedrooms so really need a way to hang towels for four adults. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy.

Great property, especially for a large family or small group. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of activities to keep everyone busy.

We had a large family group from 1 year to 93 and there was something for everyone! Lots of space and activities — inside and out — which was great for a weekend getaway. Kayaking, canoeing, fishing, ping pong, board games - its all there! Trickiest part as others have mentioned is the trash at checkout -maybe even harder due to our Sunday checkout and limited hours for trash drop off in the immediate area. We recommend this home where the owners have a clear intention of making guests comfortable. We had a wonderful time!!

We stayed at this property for the 2nd year in a row for our annual business staff retreat. We look forward to this retreat every year as a time to team-build and plan for the year. This home is absolutely perfect for our group. It has lots of space, both inside and out, with lots of activities to keep us entertained. We really enjoyed the game shed, fire pit, and being right on the lake. The property manager was terrific to work with and was always very communicative. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We loved staying at this beautiful lake house. The scenery is gorgeous and there was enough space for the 9 adults and 4 young kids in my group. Keep in mind that the bunk room does not have a door. That turned out to be fine as the kids stayed put, but it made us a little nervous the first night. We enjoyed using the provided kayaks, pool table, & foosball table. The kitchen was well stocked. The only small issue was that one of the bathrooms was a little short on toilet paper. Otherwise, the stay was pretty perfect! I would definitely recommend and would go again if I ever head that way again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family during the week of our son’s wedding. Much preparation and cooking was required for our group, and the kitchen was mostly adequate for that. The game house was an added bonus for our son and his four attendants to hang out in. The supplied water toys for the big people was great, but it can’t be helped that there were no shallow areas for the toddlers in our group. The description said that paper products were supplied for the house, but one roll of paper towels and a few rolls of toilet paper was definitely not enough. As others have stated, having to dispose of your own trash can be difficult. It would be nice on day of departure if one bag could be left for the cleaning team to dispose of. It is very difficult to try to load trash and luggage and get to the airport. You’re out of luck if it’s one of the days that the center is closed. There could be a bit more attention to detail from housecleaning. One of our bathrooms was not in good shape and lots of dried food and crumbs we’re in drawers and cabinets and under things in the kitchen. Overall this was a great stay for us.

Annual Labor Day weekend with college friends and our kids. Great house for a range of ages. We have kids ranging in age from 12 to 16, and they all enjoyed the pool table, ping-pong table, etc. We all enjoyed the space and having to separate places to congregate, in addition to the lake. Comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. We had a great stay!

My siblings and I came together with our children and had an awesome time! Family, food and plenty of laughter! The property was beautiful and extremely relaxing! The children enjoyed kayaking and the game house! Just an awesome property to stay at for space, peace and relaxation!

Spent a guys golf weekend at the property and was very impressed with the space! Great game room detached from the house and dock on a quiet cove. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a group outing!

This was our second time staying in this house. It is great for a bigger group and has some really nice features. The pool house with a second kitchen is very convenient. The property seemed a little less well-maintained compared to the first time we were there, and it was inconvenient to have to haul our own trash away. Overall though we have a very nice stay.

Had a great time. Plenty of room for entire family. Easy check in. The game room with additional kitchen was a plus.

All of us really enjoyed our time. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The location was perfect!!!! A great place for large gatherings. We also really utilized the rec room with a full kitchen, made it very easy to feed the kiddos

We have been renting this home for three seasons the location and the size of the house is amazing highly recommended for family with kids
