This property is huge! All the basics were there and so convenient to the beach. Even kept power through a Cat. 1 hurricane bands. We highly enjoyed it and looking to come again!

I’m not sure where to begin…I have been searching for a perfect getaway for over a year to celebrate our 20th anniversary. I can honestly say, we felt at home. We have 2 senior small dogs and 15 year old identical twin girls. From the entry, we were stunned. The decor and detail was incredible, the only thing we needed was groceries. The view from the balcony was stunning. I have several arthritis’s; the walk to the beach was painless. I went every morning while everyone slept in. Mr Mike was always so kind and helpful. We had no issues at all. We cooked every night and had supper as a family. I topped my day off with wine. We have never been or heard of IRB; after our stay we have since been in contact with a realtor. If you are looking for somewhere that has plenty of space and hospitality, look no further!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good the first time! We had 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for all of us. The weather was rainy a couple of days so we were all in the condo and it was great having all the space. The unit also has everything you need for a fun stay on the beach! Michael was very responsive when we had a parking issue on Thanksgiving evening. Great place to stay and wonderful hosts.

My husband and I and our two kids stayed with my sister and her husband and daughter. We had a GREAT time, and loved how close we were to the beach access (especially with little ones)! The amenities like beach towels, pack-n-play, beach chairs and toys saved us money and packing space! We made quite a few meals in the kitchen and appreciated things like the blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and kids plates and cups!
My in-laws also visited the place and had nothing but praise. They said it’s a place you come back to, and we hope we can someday!

At first we were concerned about being away from the see but ended up to have the best vacation ever thought ended up with fast leave because of hurricane.

We spent two lovely weeks at the condo. It had everything we needed plus lots of space for a family of 8. The rooms were large with comfy beds and working TVs with access to streaming services. The bathrooms were nice too. There are a lot of supplies for families with young kids like play pens and cups and spoons and even lots of beach toys, chairs, wagon.
The condo is across the street from a path that leads right to the beach so it’s super quick and easy. There are two parking spots which is nice to have.
The owner is very helpful and responds quickly, which is nice.
We’d happily stay here again! You can’t go wrong booking this unit!

We have stayed in IRB every year for the past several years. We now have 4 teenagers and share rooms hasn’t been cool the past few years. This was a great set up and all the kids and Mom and Dad loved it. Super clean and classy. I look forward to stay in this location next year.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was beautiful and well-equipped. Although the photos of the home were accurate, we were still very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the place was and the amount of space we had.
There were seven of us (5 adults / 2 children), and we had more than enough room. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The beach truly is a 2 minute walk across the street, which made it even better. Because our family traveled separately, it was nice having 2 parking spots where most places provide only one. Michael was very easy to get hold of, and very accommodating. This has become my new "Happy Place". We will definitely be back!

This condo is great and so spacious. The condo has everything you could need including a coffee grinder! Mike was great and very communicative. The condo is right across from the beach access and the beach was pretty quiet while we were there leading up to Memorial Day weekend. Wonderful stay!

Master bed was comfortable, guest shower is awesome with so much pressure, kitchen had some essential supplies. Beautiful decorated and comfortable couch. Had issues with using Roku so I watched my shows on my iPad. Need directions on how to use master shower and Roku. Overall, great experience!!!!

The condo was clean and close to the beach which we got our exercise walking several days The pool was clean and we were happy we had a grill to cook on. We ran out of gas for the grill and I called Michael and he was right on it.
The unit had every thing we needed and it made our vacation special.

The condo is huge!! We had tons of space to spread out with our group of six adults and two teens. The beach was a conveniently short walk and we really appreciated the chairs and wagon! Thanks for sharing your home!

Fantastic location right across the street from the beach, view from the large balcony was great!! Condo was spotless and was super well equipped, extra bar fridge was 👍 Great undercover parking and storage, all of the beach supplies you could ever need, nice large pool . This property is even better than we expected. If you are looking for a location to retreat from the chaos - this is your place. They thought of everything! Super short and convenient walk to the beach plus walking distance to a few super cute restaurants, boutiques, and cafes. Just the perfect distance away from the busier boardwalks/beaches. Made it super easy to take in a little of both worlds.

A beautiful and spacious, dog friendly condo right across the street from the beach access. Can view the beautiful sunsets right from the large balcony. Great communication from the owners and very accommodating to our special requests. Beds were comfortable. Our family spent Christmas week there together. The condo complex is small and quiet. Beach equipment, paper products, soaps were provided. Can walk to restaurants. Grocery store is convenient and dog park is across the street. We loved it there and hope to get back again soon. Thanks Mike and Sharon for sharing your lovely home.

Great condo with everything we needed! The condo was very spacious and we never felt crowded even with 6 adults, an infant and 2 dogs. The beach was a short walk away and we had no trouble crossing Gulf Blvd. Plenty to enjoy within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was exactly what was promised and more. The fridge already had most condiments we could wand. Plenty of information available for local restaurants and grocery stores. ZERO complaints from anyone on the trip. We would love to stay again.

Best vacation.
What was on VRBO was what you got and more. Check in was super easy and fast even got to get in early. Great location to the ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony and walking to get ice cream. Host was very nice. They even supplied things we needed like pool toys, wagon to the beach, and chairs. This was the beat vacation our family has had so far.

Wonderful trip!
This condo exceeded our expectations! Beautiful update condo in a cool older building. Much bigger than expected, GREAT counter space, laundry, comfy beds, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, across the street (not kidding) from the beach, walking to fun family friendly restaurants, pool.... I could go on. This unit is a can't miss! We were there as 4 Adults and 4 kiddos and it worked out great. Thank you for having us!

Another wonderful stay in IRB
Beautiful, very well kept, clean condo across the street from beach access. Beds were comfy, pool was clean. Neighborhood was very nice. Quiet. We had a lovely time. Our host and accommodations were everything we could have hoped for. I didn’t want to leave!

Spring Break in IRB
We loved staying at this property! It was lovely having such close beach access as well as the pool for windy days. The nature preserve is closely located and became a favorite little walk for us to enjoy in the morning. The condo is beautiful and nicely appointed, a truly comfortable experience for us all.

The BEST
The location of this place is INCREDIBLE! Located right across the street from the beach and close to local coffee shops and resto's made this find a gem. Our dogs were welcome too and loved it here! The condo was spacious, clean and had everything you could possible need. We loved the beach cart and chairs and took them with us everyday. It was the BEST. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a family getaway
We had 5 adults and 3 kids under 2 years old. This was a perfect place. The main living space is large and open - perfect for the littles ones to play and roam. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat at home. The location was a very quick walk to the beach and the beach gear available at the condo was very helpful. It is walking distance to some great little restaurants and we had no problem ordering take out or delivery nearby. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. We loved our stay and would love to go back!

Vacation perfection…
My husband and I booked this condo for a last minute family getaway. We had never visited the Indian Rocks Beach area but were beyond pleasantly surprised! The condo itself was spacious, clean and thoughtfully prepared with everything you might need. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to a few local eateries and shops. There’s not a ton within walking distance but it keeps the area much more quiet than beaches to the north and south, which we absolutely loved. Quiet, relaxing days on the beach and if we were looking for more excitement, we just hopped on the beach trolley! Truly a wonderful escape, can’t wait to come back!
