Found property with little difficulty. Road is gravel and had to go slow but able to make it in with Avalon. Beds were all full size, have not slept on that size for many years. We are tall people with my son 6’7, not wide, but little difficulty with that. Kitchen well equipped and convenient, would have done better to clean up after ourselves if broom available. Did need to run a load of laundry, only 2 washing soap pods. Ran out of toilet paper the last day and did have to contact owner, neighbor dropped off some that day. Liked the decks and being so close to the lake. Had boat slip so able to leave boat in the whole time. Enjoyed use of the lily pad and kayak’s along with fishing dock.

Repeat customer here. Great view from the house patio to watch kids play on the dock. The kayaks were a nice new added pleasantry. Gotta love the S’mores welcome package. Lots of great family memories were made and an overall great value. Nice neighborhood cove protected from big waves.

The property is great. I wish a store was a little closer…but all in, it is an awesome spot for some time at the lake. The two level deck and the dock were the hang-out spots for my family and my kids’ friends. Everyone had an amazing time. Thank you Cathie and Ray for sharing this great spot on the lake. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for some time away with friends and family.

From the minute we pulled up to this property we were all so impressed. The house is cute as a button, clean and such an awesome location. Don’t even get me started on the deck! It’s a 2 story deck and has everything you can imagine on it. We have been coming to Grand lake for the past 10 yrs and this place is a winner. Oh and the dock is just as nice! We will be back! The house was very accommodating. It was well stocked. The dock was great for our boat and just for hanging out in the water. The deck was the best place to hang out day or night. The only thing that was a little tricky was parking for 4 vehicles including a boat trailer. Also, the stairs inside could be challenging at times. We mainly used the outside stairs. But would definitely stay there again.

Our family had a great time on fall break. Location on the lake was perfect, located in a quiet cove. Plenty of room to fish on the dock. We caught quite a few catfish. The house on the dock saved the day due to a cold front. The home was clean, outdoor area is very nice with plenty of room for a large family. Only downsides are the steep and narrow stairs going to the lower level and would recommend a truck or suv for rough road to the house. Overall would highly recommend!

Wonderful location on the water. Marina for ice was clise by. A longer drive by land to drop off boat at a ramp. House was very well stocked with about everything you would need. Exception needs a new can opener. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Lake fun. Nice lake front property that accommodated nine family members of all ages. We enjoyed the convenient access to the dock and watching the kids play from the back porch. We are seriously thinking about coming back here again. One of our kids said this was the best vacation of their lifetime! We thought that there was going to be kayaks available on the property but apparently that was our misconception. We still had a great time floating and using our JetSki.

Great house back in a cove with a perfect spot to relax in the water and a slide on the dock for the kids. Plenty of room to hang out and get out of the sun off you need. I loved the location of the house but be prepared for taking a gravel road for the last few miles. The only thing I did not care for is the fact that you have to take all your trash out. The dumpsters are 4.4 miles from the house, 20 min round trip if you don't have room to take it with you when you leave. But that is the only complaint I have about this stay. Everything else was wonderful.

Great trip! The house was well stocked with additional linens & beds for the kiddos and adults. The gravel road there was pretty intense at times, especially for our minivans. We especially liked the s'mores items ready for us. Very easy to communicate with the owners. We loved being able to fish & swim without having to go anywhere. Very quiet & relaxing.

The house and dock are amazing, and the view from both decks was breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and the owners were very responsive to all our questions. We fished almost every night off the dock and we caught a large blue catfish. It was very easy to moor our boat at their dock. This property was absolutely perfect for our lake trip. It might be of interest to future guests that the road to the house is a dirt road with rocks and ruts. If driving a low-profile vehicle you will want to use caution and pulling a boat or such 4-wheel drive is almost necessary. Grocery stores and gas are about a 20-25 minute drive from the house. These items did not keep us from completely loving this property, just something we thought we would have liked to know prior to arrival.

Very nice place, our family of enjoyed the split level that allowed the younger ones to have their own area to hang out downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and paper goods. We enjoyed the dock, using it to fish from and launch out kayaks every day. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time at this house. The kids loved it and we had everything we needed plus some for our stay. Great location on the lake. Clean and beautiful. Great little extras like soaps and cute folded towels!

Thank you so much we had a terrific time! A perfect location to relax and unwind. It was a holiday weekend and being tucked in the cove was so peaceful but still provided gorgeous lake views. The property is maintained so well and had a fully stocked kitchen. We didn't want for anything. We hope to be back soon!
