House was amazing! Emmanuel was amazing! Enough said :)

My family of 59 people booked this house 7 months ago and planned a family reunion. We had family fly in from all over the US. The night before check in, the owner had not responded or given me any directions regarding the check in. I called him to get instructions and he told me that he had to switch our house to the one next door. He assured me that this house was better than the one I booked and I would like it more. Around 3 pm on the day of check in, he asked me to see if we could check in at 5, then he said 6. All our family had started to arrive. We had catering delivered for that night. When we got to the house around 5 pm, he wouldn’t let me in the house. We insisted on walking in and he directed us to go to the original house we booked and sit in there as he claimed the floors were wet from mopping. After some time, around 7 pm we walked into our house and it was a huge nightmare. This new house was still under construction. Broken tiles, screws and workers everywhere. Only half the rooms were useable, furniture everywhere, and all our family members started arguing with the owner Emmanuel. We had young kids and the place was not safe at all. Bathroom mirrors

This place entertained the family all week. We had a great time. Actual location wasn’t the best,

The bowling, game room, laser tag were a real hit. Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen with sharp knives, lots of dishes, pots and pans, Keurig, electric tea pot etc. Family room and dining room TVs have a 9x12 feet screen on the wall that only operates with an app that you download. Bedrooms have TV's and fans. There are 2 large side by side refrigerator/freezers in the house and 2 in the pool area which is amazing with lots of seating areas including a bar and fire pit with seating around it. The house is in a construction area with a small opening onto a dirt road. There is a sign "Fantasy" with an arrow pointing right. It is on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. not the address that we were given. The owner responds to phone calls and is very pleasant. We were not informed that the area is a construction site or that the home is hooked up to a large generator not city electric yet. The issues with the AC and hot water showers may be caused because the generator couldn't handle all the ACs and hot water heaters. Some bedrooms were very warm at night and some showers only had lukewarm water. We made do by showering where there was hot water. I am sure that once the house is on city electric, these issues will be solved. I wouldn't let that stop me from renting this house because pool area, living area, and fun game rooms were awesome and we had a great time.

This place did not disappoint. The owner was incredible and very thorough. Was there at a moments notice anytime we needed anything. I would highly recommend this for anyone!!!

This vacation was a dream come true! Perfect place for an event and a family vacation! There is activities for a ages.

We had a great time at this property. The owner was very responsive to any of your needs. Pool was amazing. We plan on going back in July for a week with the family. Well worth the cost because you don’t have to leave because there is so much to do.

The property is everything you can ask for as well as the host! Super accommodating and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was in order with the house! We will absolutely be back to stay!
