What a great experience. Home was beautiful and had everything we needed. My family and I needed a place to stay close to Dewey Beach for a wedding and this was perfect. Perfectly located and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you to the owner for the hospitality… great experience.

Nice house, but a bit further from beach than indicated

Very nice house with everything you could possibly need.

House great, owners accessible. Had a great family vacation & returning next year. A/C not functioning properly especially 3rd floor bedrooms. Heavy humidity that sheets were damp. I felt bad for owners as the cleaners are not giving them fair work. Dirty soap in all showers, used tissues under beds, etc. NOT owners fault they should be able to trust those they hire.

The property was nice but I think for safety there should be a distinction between the top floor and the landing before you come down the steps. I loved the hardwood floors but because they are the same color my 81 year old mother misstepped and fell.

Property was lovely. Just as expected based on the listing. The pool on site was a nice feature. Our only trouble was figuring out the multiple TV remotes but we eventually did after much trial and error.

This was perfect for a weekend trip for a wedding!

What an amazing owner and an amazing stay we had at her townhouse! She was so wonderful to work with, quick communication and gave really great advice on places to tour in the area! The house is BEAUTIFUL! It's 3 stories, decorated so nicely, really great comfy couch in the living room and I love how she labeled all of the light switches & things in the house so it was easy to find! It was the smoothest check in process & since it was the off season she gave us a late check out which made our last day there even more special since we didn't need to rush out! The garage is fully stocked with sand toys & beach chairs and so much that we were able to use! So many places to sleep too with three separate bunk beds! The kids LOVED having their own bunk bed. It was so spacious and just a great place to relax after a long day being a tourist and being at the beach and shopping. She specifically states in the listing that you need to bring your own sheets - bedding is provided but sheets you need to bring yourself. I have no complaints and would go back in a heartbeat - it's all about who you rent from and the accommodations they make for you and this owner was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Our stay was only for a few days but the property was nice, nicely decorated, and very spacious. The owner was easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. There are a lot of stairs as it is 3 levels and they are a bit noisy. So, for anyone with bad knees or back this may be an issue. This is the first condo we have ever rented that did not have sheets/towels so we did opt to bring our own vs. renting linens. This provided a bit of a challenge as it made for extra baggage in our already packed car and having to worry about a lot of sheets/towels for so many different bed sizes and all the bathrooms. We didn't have time to wash everything before leaving so we had to bring it all home and wash it. This would be the main negative for us, so we am not sure that we would rent a place that does not provide linens in the future, and the only options are to bring your own or pay extra money to rent them. It does seem that a number of places in the area are following this process though. Overall, no other complaints and this property was nice and convenient in location to everything as it is right off of route 1.

We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the location of this property. We could walk to the boardwalk from the front steps. The large sectional couch was really comfortable! Easy check in and an accommodating host. Would return to this property!

Lots of room, nice kitchen, right next to a great playground. I wouldn’t say this is walking distance into town or to the beach but it was a very short drive. All in all, it was a fantastic place for the family!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely well equipped property. The owners were great at communicating. The house was clean, the furniture was comfortable. When the heating stopped working on Xmas Eve the owners did the best they could to get it going again even finding a HVAC firm to do a call out. Only very small issues prevented this from being a 5* review. When we arrived all the outside trash cans were full and there were 3 bags of trash/recycling in the garage waiting to go out. There was only 1 spare trash bag provided so I recommend you take your own. The vacuums in the house didn't work one of them fell apart when I tried to empty it, spilling it's contents across the living room and there was only a small dust pan and brush so keeping the place clean was a chore. The kitchen was really well equipped, no problem cooking a large meal, even had a meat thermometer so the turkey was perfect. There were plenty of tea towels which are often missing in vbro places so that was a nice surprise. Great trip, we would stay there again.

The home was well maintained and great location for shopping at the outlets. The property manager was so nice and easy to work with. Will love to stay again next year.

Rehoboth marathon weekend has become girls weekend and this rental was perfect! 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, jacuzzi tub!! Perfection! Check in process super easy! Location right in the middle of everything! Already planning to return next year!! Thank you!

Enjoyed a great weekend that included our family and grandkids Attended a family reunion at Gordon Pond with great access to the beach.

Overall we had a lovely stay for a first family trip with our toddler. Our check-in process was a bit rocky however the hosts were swift to solve problems and the remainder of our stay was great. Love the quick drive to the beach and closeness of a few playgrounds.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house exceeded our expectations and provided plenty of room for two families with children, the close proximity to the beach was perfect, and we really loved the private community pool! Highly recommend!

We have a wonderful trip and the house was fabulous. There was plenty of space and the heated pool was great at the end of the day.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was comfortable and clean, with enough room for the kids to play and the adults to have some space. The heated pool is definitely worth it. The walk to the beach and the main street of the town was a little far for some of our group so we ended up driving and parking, but the host provided parking passes so that was easy enough. Also very convenient to the outlets and other shopping.

We had a very nice stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. Pool was also very nice. All neighbors friendly too. No complaints on property.

It was easy to communicate with the owner. He even came to bring us some supplies we needed.

We were in town for a friends wedding and this home was a perfect fit. Close to the wedding and many other things to do. The walk to the beach was nice and relaxing, I little long for me because I have a very bad back and should have brought walking sticks. The group was 3 adults and 3 children ages 8, 5 and 18 months. My grandson age 15 also joined us for a few days. The house was spacious for us and would definitely fit the 12 listed. The house was nicely decorated not too much and not too little decor. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and kitchen tools. The pool was a pleasant 90 degrees give or take. While at the pool we met some of the neighbors who were so very nice. Would definitely stay again. Marie

The house is nice and neat. Owner responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Some minor issues that should be looked into: Proper cleaning of house for sand. Some of the mattresses need to be replaced as they were quite saggy. Specifically the room with one bunk bed and one single bed.

3 generations had a great time at this home. It was well appointed, and we loved the pool and neighborhood. Owners were fantastic. Overall, a really great value.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive when we had a question. Extra features like the parking pass for the beach, the grill, beach chairs, etc, made our stay even better.

This was the perfect place for all of us to stay. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the pool area. It was located close to the beach. We had never been to Rehobeth but will definitely return. I gave the score of 3 for cleanliness because when we arrived there was garbage in every garbage can in every room. We made sure we did not do that to the next visitors.

Stay at Starlyte Sands! This charming property is more spacious than the photos indicate. We (family of four) had more than enough room to enjoy our stay. Great location, too. Highly recommend.
