Great property to enjoy Payson, the pine trees, and the wildlife. Lisa and David were very responsive to questions and helpful. The property is very nice with a big deck to sit and enjoy the forest behind the property. For the 5 days we were there we had elk behind the deck only 10-15 feet away from us feeding and resting. Wonderful experience to sit there and observe the wildlife.

We are regular visitors to Pine. The area is beautiful, and hiking is one of the big draws. Having the Good Enough Trail come straight to the edge of the property was a big help. My husband hiked down Pine Canyon Trail 9 miles directly back to the house. The property is very clean and obviously well cared for. In all the years we’ve been using rental vacation homes, I have brought at times my own utensils and pans for cooking because some of the homes simply do not stock very good cooking tools. This house had everything. I never even brought out the bag. The separate game room was a huge hit with the grandkids, we were visited by a young family of elk, and we had plenty of room to spread out and find little little areas of our own. The gorgeous deck overlooked the National Forest directly behind, and the Mogollon Rim, which is one of our favorite parts of Arizona. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with, very timely on answering questions, and helpful with information. We appreciated the nice touches in the house and are very anxious to return someday. We highly recommend this place, but it is with mixed feelings, because we want to have it available to us when we return! Enjoy Pine, get to the pizza place, go up to the lavender farm, hike the nearby trails, and enjoy the elk, deer, and other wildlife right out the back deck.

Great experience. The house was wonderful. Lots of room. Enjoyed the game room and playing horseshoes! The host was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great 5 days in this beautiful home. Lisa is very responsive to questions. The home is as described, clean, a well equipped kitchen that enabled us to cook a full thanksgiving dinner for 8. The deck is amazing and although we o my sat a couple of deer and elk on the property there were many in the neighborhood. Definitely somewhere I would stay again.

Had a wonderful time with the fam getting away for the weekend. Property was wonderful and loved the hike outside the backdoor. We'll definitely go back!

The house was beautiful with a perfect private location backed up to the National Forest. Friendly elk visited us constantly while we relaxed on the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend of cooking with friends.

The home was perfect, clean and spotless. The location was amazing. The only issue was the water pressure. There were times that while showering you would loose all water flow, it would eventually come back but the last thing you want to do is stand in a shower all lathered up and have to wait to rinse off. I would however rent this home again and probably will next year.

Imagine stepping out onto your back porch and seeing National Forest land as far as the eye can see... Deer and Elk wander the streets, the house is beautiful.

Host was very responsive. The hiking trail just off the property was amazing. The deck was my favorite part and overlooked national forest. Convenient location but felt remote. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication with the management team, beautiful perfect place for our family to gather for a nice mountain getaway. Everything we needed and so much space for everyone. We loved how the deer just walk right up to the porch.

This house is amazing! My favorite was the incredible deck and wildlife. Both the kids and adults loved the game room. The rooms were clean, the space was perfect, and the communication was spot on. We will definitely be back.

This house was super clean and nicely maintained. The beds were very comfortable, which is a huge plus in my book. The best part of the house is the large deck which backs up to national forest land. We spent a lot of time there day and night. We really did not want to leave! The kitchen is just OK, but pretty well stocked except for a large pot for boiling pasta. The house in general was stocked with everything you could ever need in regards to dish soap, dish towels, hand soap, etc. The hiking trail in the backyard was also a big plus for us.

The house was clean, neat , and has a very beautiful deck. Kitchen has most of the things needed in your stay. However the swing and chairs outside was very dusty and the grill was very old and dirty. We overall enjoyed the stay and the quiet area and had a good time.
