Unit is well decorated and spacious with modern touches. The kitchen had all that you need if inclined to cook and the hostess provided some coffee and snacks-unusual anymore. We didn’t have far to walk to swim in either pool and/or walk on the beach. Lots of good restaurants in this area, too. Loved that the unit was on third floor at the end of the building and there was a convenient elevator for hauling up luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice condo; clean, neat and had a lot of amenities and items to help us feel really welcome and right at home. The location was very nice, close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the beach which was a short walk. The village club was quiet. We enjoyed watching the USC girls basketball game. Nice size tvs. I would definitely stay in the Misty Mermaid again and recommend this condo to others. Cola, SC

Great condo and host. Host was an excellent communicator and responded immediately to all texts. Check in process was excellent. On site personnel were extremely helpful. Property is well maintained and the location is perfect for relaxing or sightseeing. Stayed 3 weeks and never repeated a restaurant all great. Love St Augustine.

Beautiful, spotless, modern condo with comfortable new furniture. Excellent communication with the property owner. She sent personal codes and instructions in addition to the auto generated information. When we wanted something extra, she was able to make it all happen and rapid responses throughout the whole lead up and stay. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay at the Misty Mermaid. The place was spotless, and the decor was so well thought out. All of the little touches made it feel very inviting and warm. We were fortunate to the be the first guests to enjoy the new bathroom upgrades. Both bathrooms look amazing! We also loved that is has 2 king beds if we want to bring friends next time. The view is nice, and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts as well. We liked that it is in close proximity to St. Augustine, but far enough away that we felt like we were on a beach getaway. I was truly impressed with the level of communication and amenities provided with this rental. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Property was very well maintained and was beautiful. Beach was a little bit of a walk but was great. We also had the option to drive on beach for a daily fee of $10.00 . Pool was beautiful and heated to a very comfortable temperatue. Unheated pool was closed so a lot of people used the heated pool, could have used more chairs, people were saving and not using. Condo was great, very clean and well appointed.

We stayed at the Misty Mermaid for 3 nights. My husband and my brother and our 83 year old mother. We had a wonderful time. Close to the beach and olde st. Augustine. Exceeded our expectations.

From interior decor & design to oversized covered deck, perfect pool, comfy outdoor loungers, a fully stocked kitchen, king sized bed & massive bathroom to lush palm vegetation offering complete visual privacy. Set among a small ‘working’ complex consisting of a landscape company, darling home decor store and delicious local cafe. As noted, a car is necessary. Closest local beach you would want to spend time at (Dickinson) is within an easy 10 minute drive. Excellent communication with the owner and local contacts who go above and beyond to welcome you and provide any local info you might need.

Wonderful experience staying here. Great communication with Cindy, the owner. She paid a lot of attention to details, with the decorating and basic supplies. The location was great. Close to the beach and 6 miles to the downtown.

The place was so nice and very well updated. Everything was super clean and there were so many extra nice touches with extra little details. The beds were comfy, easy walk to the private beach access, and Cindy was very responsive and super nice. I would 100% suggest to stay here! Our sister trip was amazing!

My husband and I were at St Augustine Beach for a family gathering at a beach home nearby. This unit has a standard clean, quite new beach decor, comfortable beds and new kitchen. A short walk to the beach but unit has no view of the ocean. The owner was very nice and easily available for questions. We appreciated the elevator in the building.

We rented Misty Mermaid to spend a few beach days with our relatives visiting from Arizona. We all loved the condo, the beach, and the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Thanks, Cindy!

The condo was modern and clean. It had everything we needed, including a closet full of beach chairs, toys, cart, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms included shampoo, bath gel and lotion. The location was great. It was a short walk to two pools and the beautiful beach. It was easy to communicate with the host, and we’d love to come back in the future!

Wonderful Stay at the Misty Mermaid
We loved the Misty Mermaid! The condo had a great flow and atmosphere and a beautiful view of the ocean! The condo is a short walk to the beach and the pool and a short drive to the store and delicious restaurants nearby! We loved Butler Beach. Very family oriented and not an overly crowded beach. We can’t wait to come back!
