We loved our stay here. The location is perfect. The house was perfect for us 4 adults. The owner supplied us with everything we needed plus more. The owner was great to work with. We have absolutely no complaints and we hope to stay there again.

We got this home because of the close location to the Auction. It was right in the backyard. We were expecting an older home with older "look,". We didn't get that at all. It seemed all clean, shiny,and refreshed. We will definitely consider this location again for future visits!!!

Took my mom, mother in law, and my husband God mother to the flea market. The house was perfect. Had everything one could need. Very warm and welcoming. Could not have asked for a better place. So thankful for this place making priceless memories with my fmily. Already booked for next year..

Rooms larger than displayed in pictures. Beautiful yard and neighbors! Clean with many amenities. Walking access to Shipshewana Flea Market. Kids loved seeing horse and buggies coming down road. Communication with owner was exceptional.

Conveniently located next to the main attractions in Shipshewana! Within minutes of restaurants, shops, theaters, and of course the flea market/auction! Very clean and well maintained and the host immediately addressed any questions we had.

Well kept cozy ranch on a corner lot. Lots of birds to watch out the beautiful picture window in the living room. Two bedrooms so plenty of space for 4 friends. Amish cookies waiting as we arrived as well as breakfast goodies for the following morning. Conveniently located next to the Shipshewanna flea market parking area but still nestled in a quaint quiet neighborhood off the Main Street….also easy walking distance to Blue Gate and all the downtown shops. Great location in the heart of town. You can easily walk to stores, restaurants, and the flea market side gate is right behind the house. Comfortable living area. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, and even basics like ketchup to make your life easy. I am coming back in August. Thanks for the cookies!!!

Wonderful experience. Immaculate. Snacks left for us. There was milk and cold warter in the fridge. Ice in the freezer. Plenty of everything we needed for an overnight stay. 1,000 % better than staying in a HOTEL. Within walking distance of town and the flea market. Far exceeded my expectations!!

I was very happy with the location of your property in proximity to the Blue Gate Theatre. The house was cozy and met our needs. All the beds were comfortable. It was very nice that you had refreshments available for us as well as breakfast items. There is a musty smell to the house that was not pleasant. An air purifier or something to freshen the smell would be warranted. Overall we did enjoy our stay . Thank you.

Perfect. Couches for reading, some breakfast items provided, even cream for coffee, couple little deinks in fridge, and even cookies for snacks. Backed right up to flea market and could have walked to downtown Shipse had it not been raining. Woould definitely consider coming back. Thabks for all the little extras.

It is a very nice place to stay but the utensils and other things could use a little updating. The beds were not very comfortable. The TV is small for the size of the living room. Also a nice thought is to decorate for the holidays so it feels homey and inviting. Overall we had a great time and it is nice just wish a few things were better.

House was centrally located to many things in the downtown area and would be very convenient when the flea market is in operation as it is outside the back door. Only issue was how hard the beds were to sleep. The positive, the owner was very helpful and left items for us to make our stay more enjoyable such as snacks, milk and juice. Well stocked as far as towels, kitchen items, etc.

This is our second time staying in Michelle’s house on Davis street. The house is perfect for what we needed.

The location is great - just a couple of blocks from downtown and right across the driveway from the flea market. Quiet street; nice residential area. I was able to take a walk both nights that we were there and saw interesting things. The host provided us with cereal, juice, coffee and milk, so we didn't have to rush out the breakfast the first morning we were there. The only negative is that the air conditioning was turned way too high. It was 68 degrees when we arrived. So we turned on the heat to raise the temp a bit; then we were too warm. Only the last few hours that we were there were at a comfortable temperature.

Very spartan but clean and with food offerings. Unfortunately our first day and night we were without power due to a violent storm. No candles or flashlight, or air conditioning until 2 the first night. We did have an enjoyable time though.

Just as pictured. Very clean! We were in Shipshewana for a concert and the location was great for that. You could easily walk to the shops in town or the flea market. We felt very welcomed when they left us a fun treat and some breakfast goodies. We would love to go back. I would definitely recommend!

This property was perfectly located for all of the activities and shopping in Shipshewana. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and all the linens were furnished and of high quality. The host provided extra amenities in the way of snacks and refreshments, including a Keurig machine and coffee pods. Excellent communications with the host. Highly recommend this property!!

The house was located on the north edge of the flea market so convenient to all shopping. It was a cute neighborhood & the house was so well kept & had all the qualities of home. Our hostess let us check in early & had cookies waiting for us. She also had the refrigerator stocked with cold water, milk, & some juices. There was an additional little basket with small cereal boxes, oatmeal & granola bars. Plenty of clean towels, shower pressure was great & plenty of hot water. Very thoughtful hostess & always prompt with answers to our questions. Thank you so much for making our sister's getaway a wonderful time😊

This home is exactly how listed. It’s very clean well maintained and well supplied. She had coffee for us along with a few other treats which was a very warm welcoming. you could walk to the flea market right out your back door. We walked up town which was just two blocks. Just be aware that if you come in in a Sunday there is really nothing open other than subway or pizza which we knew coming in. It was a great restful stay and really hope when we book again next year it’s available.
