The house is comfortable, well organized, well-stocked and very conveniently located. Parking in the garage 1/2 a block from the house worked well. There was construction in the street in front of the house during our stay but it looked like that work could be completed fairly quickly. We'd happily rent it again.

The place was great! It was just a short walk to all the great restaurants we wanted to visit. The place was super clean. Check-in and Check-out instructions were very clear. Our stay was great! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to bars, restaurants , and Paycor Stadium for the Bengals game. The home was spotless and beautiful! We loved the fact that each couple had their own space and private bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed…and more! Evenings were a bit noisy due to bar next door, but this was addressed by previous customers so we knew what to expect.Thanks so much for providing the perfect spot for our family getaway weekend!

The perfect location for an OTR weekend. Our entire group kept raving about how we could walk everywhere. The check in and out process was smooth. The parking garage was even closer than I thought and it was only $22 for an entire weekend. Everything about the weekend was great and I would definitely book again when going to OTR

Beautiful house with plenty of space for 8 adults. Within walking distance to multiple local bars and restaurants. About a 25 min walk to the reds stadium or an 11 minute Uber. Would definitely recommend!

We booked Tracie's home for the Taylor Swift concert in July 2023. The location is just a few steps from Washington Square, which is a prime spot for access to tons of shops and restaurants. Downtown is a short walk, and The Connector (free streetcar) has several stations nearby if you'd rather ride. Super easy walking access to all that downtown Cincinnati has to offer, including both Paycor Stadium and The Great American Ballpark. I've stayed in a quite a few short-term rentals over the past couple years, but have never been in one that was so well thought out! The kitchen is fully equipped, there are televisions throughout the house, nice furniture / decorations, comfortable beds, extra blankets, lots of towels, great water pressure, lots of hot water, excellent HVAC, and all super clean! We wanted for nothing while we were there! The apartment was easy to find and parking was a breeze. Communication with Tracie was excellent throughout our visit. I highly recommend booking here if you're staying in the area!

The description and pictures are spot on. This is by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed!!!! I really appreciate renting from someone who does not allow pets. The owner was very prompt with all of her responses and super helpful. There were plenty of towels. The beds were all very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. A for sure 5 STARS!..... did I mention how clean it was :)

My husband and I traveled with our five children for a weekend from Indianapolis to get the kids to a few Reds’ games. Our children range in ages of 8-18. The property is stunning, and even better than what you see online. The hostess has thought of everything, including toiletries, fully kitchen stocked with tableware, appliances, etc, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Everything was spotless. We will absolutely be back!

Overall great place and great location! Tracie answered all my questions leading up to our booking and was very kind when I asked if a few extra people could come to the property for a small Birthday Cake Cutting. We would definitely book this place again!

Very clean and spacious and located in a great neighborhood. There was plenty to do in and around the home and it fit 8 people easily. We absolutely loved our stay. Ownership was also nice enough to rebook us for a month later, even though we accidentally scheduled for that next day. They will absolutely take care of you if you book one of their properties.Highly recommend!

Perfect property in the heart of OTR! Our group enjoyed a fun weekend at this location. The property had everything we needed AND the instructions/communications from the owner were top notch. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting to get the true OTR experience.

We had a very comfortable stay for a party of 9. The location was great - lots of bars and dining within walking distance. The home was very clean and cozy and the host was very responsive. If I’m ever back in OTR I would stay here again!

We loved the place and our stay would have liked to have been in town longer! Great communication with host; very responsive. Not much was requests, just firming up house alarm etc. Could have been user error ☺️ Over-the-Rhine was very clean, organized, and we loved the trendy vibe of the decor. Great spot to stay while hitting local breweries, and good eats! Parking a bit confusing, but once we realized the logistics of the parking garage, it wasn’t a bad. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We enjoyed this location for a long weekend in June. The home is very well laid out, clean, and secure. The park next door is great if you are traveling with small kids, and all of the great bars/restaurants in OTR are within easy walking distance. The neighborhood can be loud in the evenings and over the weekend, but that’s to be expected given the proximity to the OTR nightlife.

Excellent accommodations and the kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms were well appointed and with modern furnishes. Hip neighborhood with local restaurants and shops all within walking distance. There is a local bar next door so the late night patrons can be noisy as the master and guest bedroom windows face the street. Tracie or host was quick to respond with any questions and provided very detailed instructions on the check in and check out process. I would defiantly stay at this property again.

We had a fabulous time. Plenty of space for us. Lots of nice little touches. We would definitely return!!

Came up here with my husband and a couple of our friends to attend a concert at the Heritage Bank Center on a Tuesday evening and left the following morning. The concert was just a short Lyft ride away and we were able to walk to a restaurant a block over to grab a quick dinner before the show. We didn’t spend much time in the house but the time we did spend was wonderful and the bed on the top floor was so comfy! The house was fully stocked and looked pretty clean for the most part. In the morning, when we left, we were checking the house to make sure everyone had all their belongings and thats when we noticed the couch in the living area slid over to the right a bit and there was a pile of confetti and dust that wasn’t cleaned up from a prior stay. The freezer did not have an ice machine but the host does provide a couple of ice trays to make your own ice which was no issue for us as we didn’t spend much time in the house anyways. A safe bet would be to grab a bag of ice for your crew and stick it in the freezer if you are staying here for more than one night. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and the only inconvenience I’d say overall was the parking. We did get one parking pass with our stay and the parking spot/garage was about a 5 min walk. There was another event going on the night we arrived (it was a Tuesday) so there was minimal street parking. One of our friends staying with us was able to find a spot nearby and our other couple friend had to pay $30 to keep her car parked overnight in a lot a few blocks over.

Overall we had a wonderful time in the city and the home. Owner is very responsive.

This beautiful home was everything and more. It was in the perfect location so we were able to walk to different places around the city. The house itself was so clean. Ww could not of stayed at a better place!

This was such a neat property. We loved the row house and the neighborhood vibe! Easy access to the park, music hall, and parking. Close to everything in the OTR! The kids loved the game room and easily entertained themselves so adults could relax! A beautiful property in a beautiful city!

We had a great stay while celebrating NYE downtown. Every detail has been thought of in this beautiful home. You do not need to bring anything! Great layout, lots of space and comfy beds. We enjoyed the bar in the lower level! Awesome (walking) location in OTR close to everything . We look forward to returning!!

We were so impressed with this property! Everything from appliances to showers seems brand new and was SO NICE! We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Cinci for the night. Tracie was super responsive to texts and everything was as described. Highly recommend!
