We really loved our stay here. There was plenty of room at the house and plenty of games/activities. The hosts were amazing. They sent us tons of information before our visit and were very communicative during our stay. Totally recommend!

A group of us gals who do no less than an annual girls trip stayed in this property 3/18-3/22/24. This home is located in Innsbrook development, a gated community, just outside of Helen.
We enjoyed wonderful views of the gold course and mountains. The home's five bedrooms and 3.5 baths wrre adequate for our group. We especially enjoyed the 4-season sunroom off the kitchen with a fireplace.
The home is well-appointed with 1.5 of the 3.5 bathrooms appearing to be updated. The kitchen is well stocked and the availability of a washer and dryer is appreciated.
Opportunities for
improvement include:
--replace microwave surface light which is blown
--clean wooden blinds, window glass, and window woodwork (lots of dust, ladybugs)
--upgrade the qualitu of bed sheets
--provide more than one towel, one washcloth, one had towel per guest
--insulate MBR closet (very cold in BR as a result of closet not being insulted)
--remediate musty odor in downstairs twin bedtoom bathroom
--wash all red and black fleece throws (they smell of body odor)
Overall, a very nice stay. Addressing the above opportunities woukd move this lovely property to a rating of five ("5").

Clean. Great for families. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful views. Short drive to downtown Helen yet far away for peace and quiet. Had a leak prior to our arrival that was being repaired. Was notified by owner in advance so we would not be surprised at the work being done on the ceiling in the bonus room. Certainly appreciated the communication. Overall good stay. Would recommend.

Great location to downtown Helen and waterfalls! Lots to do nearby, mountain roller coaster, walking around downtown Helen, wineries, breweries, easy hikes to beautiful waterfalls. Home is clean and nicely decorated.

A quick trip for our son’s college graduation. The home was lovely, and perfect for our purposes. Future guests, be aware there isn’t any shower soap, shampoo, or conditioner provided. The hosts DID mention this in the lengthy communication provided before check-in, so my error for missing, but thought it so strange - I had to mention. The gorgeous, very clean, well-stocked in other regards made it easy to overlook.

We all enjoyed our stay at the chalet. The bedrooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of room for 4 couples. We loved the back sitting area with the fireplace. It was nice and cozy and a perfect place for the women to gather. The only thing missing was a Christmas Tree, but we saw a lot of beautiful lights in the town of Helen and on the drive to the chalet. I would highly recommend staying here!

My friends and I absolutely loved the chalet. It had 5 bedrooms and lots of space for us (5 women) and all of our stuff. Very clean. The host Marielbys was very responsive. We would definitely visit again.

We had a great getaway for our group of college girlfriends! The property owners were very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. The neighborhood was lovely & gorgeous in the fall - very peaceful. The property had most of the conveniences of home, although we would definitely like to see more lamps (for soft lighting) throughout the house, a screen door on the main level to the front deck, and a ceiling fan & TV in the sunroom.

We were looking for a venue for a girl's weekend (and by girls I mean almost 40) where we could be together, have access to a pool and spa and not have to be in separate hotel rooms. This ticked all the boxes. The home is gorgeous and CLEAN. The Valhalla Resort in the neighborhood is lovely.

Our family of 6 adults stayed in this home. It was in a great location- close to down town Helen and Anna Ruby Falls. We had a great time hiking in the area. The home is very comfortable and clean with a beautiful all season room which we enjoyed reading in! Outdoor area was beautiful as well.

The home is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room and the area is stunning. Very close to the shoppes and activities in Helen yet far enough removed to have peace and quiet at home.

This was an immaculate and charming property with plenty of room for all to enjoy. The place was absolutely spotless. It’s obvious the owners take a lot of pride in making sure their guests have a great experience. They even take the time to provide you with a folder to help plan your trip. Seeing a family of deer roam near the property shortly after sunrise was a nice way to start the day. One of the better overall properties I’ve stayed in.

This was our first time to Helen and we couldn't have asked for a better experience to kick off the holidays! Bearadise Chalet was exactly as described and was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. Located just minutes from downtown the Chalet is in a perfect location. There was more than enough room for our party of five, with everyone having their own rooms. The sunroom is the perfect spot for just completely relaxing! And the game room was great for all of us! The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need/want. Marielbys and Tommy were extremely communicative and wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this property to anyone - you will love it!

Owners were very polite and informative and answered all my questions. Very beautiful clean house. Had everything we needed plus the game room was a bonus for the teenagers. Everything was within a 2-10 mile drive that we wanted to do. Owners also gave a trip planner as well. Loved our stay!

Fantastic Home
We had a wonderful trip to Helen GA and were extremely pleased with this home. It was just as beautiful as the pictures show. Excellent location being close to downtown Helen but far enough to feel like you are still in the mountains. Perfect home for a family that includes a game room my kids spent hours in! The hosts were very responsive and gave us lots of great ideas for things to do in the area during our stay. Highly recommend!!
