Everyone was very pleased with the layout of the house. House was clean & smelled clean. We loved the pool, the porches, the beds, etc. We loved the location also. The house was exactly what we needed. Prep room, all of the appliances, open layouts to congregate & also to just chill. Thank you

This Beachfront House worked out great for our family of 6 adults and 6 children. The house layout is very nice, the pool was great, and got a lot of use. The decks are fantastic.

Location, location ,location. Loved that the first floor as the gatherings floor. Enjoyed the pool and the private walkway to the beach. Would have liked a hot tub but the house had most all we wanted. I tried to rent bikes but the rental store was sold out- I didn't pre-rent because the house we stayed in last year had bikes for our use.

The house had a great layout, comfortable for the entire family including children. The owner was very responsive with any questions and concerns. We’d love to say at this location again.

The house was a perfect set up for our family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and accommodated our group of 11 nicely. The beach was just steps away and the pool was a nice area for games and relaxation. We had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay, the gated community made for a more private beach experience, the owners were easy to get ahold of, the house was HUGE and everything was super clean… only complaint id have which isn’t even really a complaint bc we got the house for such a good price.. the deck and a few other areas could use minor updating but wasn’t a big deal to us!! Thank you for having us we would definitely come back!!

We truly had a wonderful time and loved everything about the house. The kitchen was large and our family could gather and cook dinner without crowding each other. The grill was nice to use too. The proximity to the beach was great and the pool was lovely. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back again!!!

This is one of the best places we've stayed at the beach! The pool was heated for our stay in early May and we had a private boardwalk to the beach, which was practically deserted. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and had two refrigerators. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The home was very clean!! The host and mgmt co were very responsive and communicative. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at this property for 5 days . It was perfect for our group of 4 older ladies. We were so thankful for the elevator, especially when unloading the car. The pool is wonderful. And of course the beach. The furniture is very comfy. The house seemed almost soundproof-no noise from tv’s or the elevator. The kitchen is well stocked with anything the cooks will need. We plan to come back to this lovely property.

Our family stayed here for a little off season get-a-way in mid March. The house was fantastic inside and outside. The kitchen is large with lots of seating, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, well stocked with utensils pots/pans and much more. The kids and us enjoyed the heated pool, ping pong, walking down to the beach, playing games inside and we had a couple movie nights on the giant TV in the livingroom - there was Netflix, Disney +, and more options. Each bedroom also had a TV. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a bath attached which was so nice. Everything was really clean and we felt comfortable right away. We brought our own pack/plays for our twins but i saw there was one pack/play in the master bedroom closet, which is a nice extra. All closets had extra pillows and blankets, which we didn't need but still nice. There are some games/cards stocked in the livingroom, so we had fun playing games with the kids on our colder day. The outside of the property was great for our family. There were a couple patio sets, lots of patio furniture/seating. The pool area had lots of lounge chairs. The outdoor grill was brand new. There were things like pool noodles, boogie board, inflatables for the beach and pool stored under the house. We left our beach toys there. We stocked up on groceries at the Food Lion (located 15min away) and just hung out at the house and enjoyed family time. It was a great property and fit our family well. We walked down the boardwalk multiple times a day to enjoy the beach - we had the entire beach to ourselves mid March, it was fantastic - very much a family oriented area. The walkway to the beach was not a problem for us at all but it does include steps and is further than I thought but like I said, didn't bother us. I talked with th property manager, Rob, on the phone prior to our stay and he was great answering my questions and helping me navigate the area. He also checked in with us after we got there and we actually ended up extending our stay at the house. Overall, we loved the property and our stay.

Other than the pool heater not being on initially, as advertised, there was quick response by the property manager and we were swimming in the pool IN FEBRUARY by the next day. Very spacious lovely place to stay overall.

Very nice house with lots of space. 6 adults and 3 kids and we had room to spare. 2 refrigerators are a great plus. Excellent pool with heater. Private walkway to beach. Well equipped kitchen. Only negative is house is 20 + years and all original decor so it’s dated. Not unusual for Holden Beach accommodations. Overall I give it an 8 out of 10.

We took a last minute trip to escape and we're absolutely blown away by this beautiful home and town! The house had everything we needed, the pool and beach were amazing! We are in love and definitely will be back!

The house lived up to all the photos: beautiful, clean, lots of seating, great kitchen, pool, everything we needed or wanted. We did have an unusual trip with being on the edge of Hurricane Ian, but we were in constant contact with Rob, Melissa, Heather, so everything went smoothly with no problems. Rob was always quick to respond to all questions. Truly a gorgeous spot to enjoy time away. Highly recommend.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our group of 11. Everyone was happy with the accommodations and plan to book again next year!

We really enjoyed this house during our stay. It was perfect for the amount of couples that we had going. The house was very clean upon arrival and it had all the kitchen items that we needed to cook. This house has an huge open kitchen and living room where we spent a lot of our evenings. Rob, the host, was extremely easy to get in touch with and responded to any questions we had very quickly. We had a wonderful experience overall & I highly recommend this property!

Overall we had a great vacation. The pool was extremely hot but once reported it was taken care of. The only thing that could've been better was cleanliness of kitchen and inside kitchen cabinets and drawers. There were several roaches two of which were dead/dying.

This house had a great location . Totally enjoyed the privacy of the beach and the quietness on the west end . This was our first stay in Holden Beach and will definitely return . Property manager Rob was extremely responsive and very helpful . House was large enough to accommodate my family of 14 . Kitchen was well stocked . Just a few updates would be great - barbecue needs to be replaced and or cleaned . Wall to wall rugs on stairs and bedrooms need to be updated or removed and replaced with floors . Back door handle/lock a little tricky to operate . Overall great stay and would return

Great place , but July is windy and this year was terribly windy!

The owner was great to work with, and the house was perfect. There was a lot of space, and the kitchen was very functional with lots of seating! Our family likes to congregate in the kitchen, so we loved that! The boardwalk to the beach was convenient, and we loved the balconies off of the rooms! The pool was clean and very refreshing, Over all a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone! Thank you for allowing us to make such amazing memories!

Beautiful spacious home. Lots of room to relax. We had a great time!

I rented the house for me, my parents, my siblings and their spouses and kids - 11 people total. The kitchen was well stocked with food prep tools and storage. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The walk to the beach is short enough that we went back and forth between the beach and the pool each day. The adults enjoyed having a glass of wine on the back patio in the evenings. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Twelve of us stayed at this house for four nights and We had plenty of room and found all the beds to be most comfortable. The house was very clean when we got there and the owner provided beginning supplies of toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid etc. which was great. Plenty of NICE towels were also provided for each guest. The kitchen is WELL stocked and there wasn’t anything missing! The pool wasn’t in the greatest condition when we got there, but the cleaning company came while we were there and made it look really good. The only “complaint” I would have is that The walk way to the beach is super far and a bit tricky/dangerous with rotten boards and no hand railings, particularly at the steps. My mom really had trouble with this and the rest of us thought it was a bit iffy. Overall, great house and would definitely recommend!

This was all it was advertised to be. Our family never felt cramped. Plenty of room, great views, on the beach with a heated pool. The elevator made unloading the cars.a breeze. Also plenty of parking. Only suggestion is that the front door latch (Not Lock) required some finess to open. I look forward to a return visit.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. It’s in a great location. Waking up and running out the backdoor to the beach every morning was a highlight.

We loved the house. We plan on going back to the same house at a later date. we loved the size and space. My only complaint was trying to find local network channel on the television.

First impression of the property was WOW!! Beautiful location and very spacious home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, there were lots of towels and extra blankets. Unfortunatley there were a few things that were not in working order, we couldn't get the fireplace to work and we could only access subscription channels on the TV's, which was disappointing given it was Thanksgiving Weekend and there was a lot to watch. What was worse is that we called the number we were given for assistance 3 times and received no response. None. The longer we were there, the more we found things like the kitchen equipment and some other things were in need of updating. Overall we had a good time and the property met our needs
