Although the house was nice and in a good location the 4th bedroom had a single bed and a mattress on the floor instead of 2 beds. One of the bathrooms had a broken shower door and the grout around the tub was gross looking. We contacted the owner who was pleasant however was out of the country and could not rectify the issues.

We loved our stay here at Ruhland. Georgina was an incredible host - super responsive and friendly. The house was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. Location wise is convenient too - under 30 mins from LAX and a 10 min drive to great food and shopping in Torrance. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was fantastic! Great space and perfect to gather our family. Georgina was responsive and the home is as pictured. We loved spending time in the open space playing games, eating dinners and enjoying the time together.

We stayed for three nights with our family and enjoyed everything about the place. It was set-up to perfection.

We had five adults and a two & five year old. This home had the space and 3.5 bathrooms to accomodate us. We appreciated the two parking spots in front of the garage. For the kiddos a play table, plastic dishes and gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. This home is gorgeous, highly recommend!

The host was extremely accommodating and lovely while affording us all the privacy we wanted. The house is quite spacious, especially the living area downstairs. It's quite convenient to everything you'll need including quick highway access and proximity to the airport and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and yet you're a quick walk to restaurants and coffee. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Eight of us flew in from three states to be together for the first time in a LONG time for a SoCal wedding. The house suited our needs perfectly. Comfortable in so many ways, perfect location, well-stocked kitchen the allowed us to host a lovely "family" dinner. Georgina is an attentive and helpful host. So glad we found this house for our special occasion!

I would absolutely stay at this property again. It's a beautiful home and was more than adequate for six adults. The owner was extremely helpful and her communication with me was above and beyond some of my experiences with other home owners.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host, Georgina, was the perfect host before and during our stay. The house is so thoughtfully organized. Clean, lovely and spacious. A beautiful patio, were we enjoyed starting our day and ending our day. A perfectly stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were big, the beds were comfy and nice. The house was big and cozy at the same. We truly enjoyed our time here! Close to grocery stories, the beach and restaurants. Feeling lucky to have found such a wonderful home!

This property met all its promises. Georgina was very responsive and helpful in all things 'children'! We had four kids with us between the ages of 5-2. The baby gates were very convenient and easy to use. The house had all we needed in our home away from home. The kids loved doing laps downstairs and utilized the enclosed patio to expand their horizons.
I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Southern California. It is well positioned for exploring the Southland and we really enjoyed our week there!

We had a wonderful time at Georgina’s home. The property is very family friendly. Perfect for my two children with bath tubs, high chair. even toddler gates on the stairs. The location is near many parks and easy to drive to the beach. Georgina is also very responsive. It’s a great home

Super easy and clean! Plenty of space to spread out - 2 dining tables. 2 living areas. Big patio.

Our stay was very nice. We had a one year old toddler and because of security gates on the stairs, we didn't have to worry about her falling. The stairs were a little difficult for our elderly guests thus others had to help with getting luggage to the upstairs bedrooms. Overall, a great location and clean.

Large, welcoming house perfect for families. We appreciated all the bathrooms and nearby walking path as well as the little things like Tupperware for leftovers and kids silverware.

Family Getaway
We booked for 8-10 people over several days. House was beautiful, in good working order, and had everything you’d expect. Property manager was friendly and responsive. Loved the outdoor area. It was great.

Great Place For Families
We really loved this house. It had more than enough space for our family of 5 and grandparents, conveniently located to the beach, great restaurants and a walking path and parks, and thoughtfully stocked for families (pack and play, kitchen items for kids). Our family didn't want to leave!

You Found Your Place!!
Genuinely writing my first review but this place was a god send for me and my family after being forced to relocate for a few weeks. We live in the area so we already knew the location would be in a win but that made it even more impressive that we could be so happy in someone else's house. The owner "Georgina" was so responsive and so flexible and just generally understanding and the house was spotless, roomy, well designed and comfortable. If looking to explore the South Bay, especially if you're a family, you will love this place. Families walking around every night at dusk, kids playing nearby, bike path. Great find, very grateful.

Super Bowl Gathering
Property was wonderful. The house has been completely remodeled. Property owner was very helpful and easily accessible. We had 4 couples stay at the house. Great neighborhood. Nice patio to sit outside at night or morning breakfast. Would definitely stay again at this location. Parking for two cars.
