Overall extremely happy. Few minor hiccups- grass not cut, shelves in frig broken. Well stocked kitchen dishes and cookware and utensils!

Checked in Sunday to flicker poweer finally on Wednesday lost power to half home after using my Karen voice we were moved BUT what a terrible inconvenience to pack up half way through a vacation to switch homes due to a safety concern according to property management;( disappointing

The place was nice and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, there were some issues we experienced. There was a cockroach that greeted us on entry and another one in the Keurig machine, so coffee was out of the question for the trip. I contacted the property manager via the app and in text with no response. They had salt and pepper, but the salt was empty; there was two light bulbs out it in the kitchen which made it dark to cook; the tv in the master did not work. So, although the overall place was nice and nicely decorated, it was just some details that were overlooked and not great communication when we reported the issue with the bugs.

This house was perfect for our large family. It felt more like a hotel than a home rental with all the accommodations and small details: - great communication throughout - early check in - cleanliness - dove toiletries in each bathroom - baby toys and sleeper - beach towels - charging cords throughout - tvs throughout - plenty and extra pillows, blankets, etc - games - coffee bar - quiet and nice neighborhood - wide driveway (3 cars fit) - close to grocery stores

clean and spacious home! Once you rent, the information about what is in the home is sparse. There are kitchen appliances and yes, a Keurig. Therea rea plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc... but there are no condiments - not even salt. There aren't even wipes for spills and there is one roll of paper in the bathrooms. You will have to buy everything. Additionally, there is no binder / book to tell you about all the things to do, which beaches you pay for or can drive onto, or even that you should park your car on one side of the bridge that is free. We aren't from the area and spent 2 - 3 days of the 5 days there trying to figure out the best way to see sights without having to break the bank to do it. additionally, the binder can hold information about what to do if something breaks or who to contact if needed and importantly the wifi password. Yes, the renter is given the information in an email, but it is sparse and not central on one email. A binder would provide all the guests with needed information and would allow them to make the most efficient use of their time.

The property is close to Old town St. Augustine but out of crowds. The property had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

The pricing was really fair compared to most. It was a very beautiful home! It gave us close access to beach ramps...you are actually able to drive on the beach if you have 4x4. That part is amazing. If you don't have 4x4 , they have many public beach access points with restrooms. Quiet subdivision and all.

Great place to stay; plenty of space inside the house. Really well decorated and prepared for people who want to cook in, get take out to bring back or grill. Very clean - bathrooms were great, beds were all comfortable and good quality. If we come back to St. Augustine, it's going to be staying in this same place.

We loved the space and cleanliness of the home on our arrival. This home exceeded our expectations and was a great fit for my family. The listing stated parking for 4 but the garage wasn’t for use. Part of our traveling party had to cancel so the 2 parking spaces were fine. We would definitely stay here in this area again. ❤️

Our stay at Trade Winds was ideal - plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and responsive staff. We had a partial power outage and they helped us within the hour. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We had 13 and everyone slept comfortably. The living and kitchen area were spacious and made it easy to have meals and hang out. The location was perfect! So close to the beach. Groceries, restaurants etc closeby. And the drive to downtown St Augustine was easy. Highly recommend. One note. Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels trash, dish and laundry soap, trash bags, etc. Those items are not provided. The house info does not explain that.

It was nice home. We had a good time. The location was good. Well furnished. The only problem was dishwasher did not work after loading it :(

Great location, very spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Closed to markets and restaurants.. only thing is the 10 am checkout, with no exception

Our stay was great! It had all of the comforts of home and plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 kids. Close to historic St. Augustine and right by the beach. It was also impeccably cleaned. We’ll definitely stay here again if all 10 of us are back in St. Augustine.

We loved it. It was great, felt like home. Everything was clean and neat. We were close to alot of places. We are definitely coming back and referring others to this beachouse. Loved it!!

We had a great stay!!! Perfect for our family size! We had 12 total! Back yard was unusable due to extremely high grass. I would recommend additional parking as there is only 2 spots for parking but enough to sleep 3 - 4 family's! Garage is owner use only which made it tough with beach stuff and not being able to use the back yard. We were not aware either missed it in the fine print or its not mentioned. We had to stack everything in front of the garage or carry through the house to the back patio. Nice outdoor shower area but without the grass being mowed we didn't use it, plus no pavers to stand on while rinsing off! Grill was not clean. Had to deep clean the charcoal side and stayed away from the propane side. Grill is kept under the patio but would recommend putting in the grass as we did as it seems like it would be a slight fire hazard. Would recommend an additional trash receptacle outside as we mainly cook and eat in so we had more trash than the trash can outside could handle. Would also recommend removing the metal mulch barrier by the hose as multiple people cut their foot while washing off after the beach. Beds were comfortable! Plenty of space to relax after the beach before dinner. Easy for everyone to have their own space. Small minor repairs could be made to towel racks and toilet paper holders. Very clean! Great family vacation week!

This house was perfect for our family reunion, of 13 people. Easy 5 minute drive to the beach. The home itself is brand new, extremely clean (great job, housekeeping!), and stocked with all of the comforts of your own home. Towels and beach towels? Yep. Kitchen with everything you'd need to make anything? Yep. Coffee station? Of course! And, you'll find beach chairs, washer/dryer, grill, board games, books, and plenty of room to spread out and get comfy on a rainy night in Florida. Only downside to this house is that the street it is on is a bit dated (older neighborhood) but once inside, you'll be glad you rented this place. Turnkey was also very responsive and helpful when we couldn't get the wi-fi to work. They helped us fix the problem right away. Wonderful experience all around.

This property allowed our family to have a vacation of a lifetime. The process was smooth from the start to finish. The beach was a mile from the property and easy access to grocery stores and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We planned a large family gathering in Saint Augustine. We were fortunate to find a house large enough to accommodate 8 - 12 people, close to the beach, and not too far away from America's oldest city. Kitchen and Living/Dining areas are big and well furnished. 5 Bedrooms with enough sleeping space for 12 people. Walking distance to beach access, and a short drive to beaches with adequate parking. Winn-Dixie and Publix locations within a 5 minute drive, and plenty of great restaraunts within a 10 minute drive.

This house was exactly what we needed for our extended family of 11. There were plenty of beds, seating in the common areas and dishes etc in the kitchen. And a very short drive (less than 2 miles) to the beach too. I have no complaints. Everything was as described and we didn’t look for anything we “needed” that wasn’t there during our stay. Loved the communication with the property managers through texts, super easy and they were quick to answer. I would definitely recommend this home and would definitely stay there again.
