After hearing endless stories of terrible home rental experience, I was skeptical, but after dealing with Charlie....I'm so very relieved. The house was immaculate. The house was also very cozy and inviting. There was more than ample space for our group of 11. There was so many little things I appreciate, including, complimentary toothbrushes, clean towels, blankets, a play room, etc. Communication with the host was easy and they were very attentive and responded in matter of minutes with any questions I had. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the home and will book again the next time we want to visit the Poconos.

The house was just as described, great for families, and the host was helpful and responsive. The place feels comfortably lived in, and that was great for us with 3 sets of young kids. There were toys and yard equipment for them, lots of sleeping rooms/options to accommodate everyone, and we all enjoyed the space. The deck was great for summer evenings, and the facilities at the club were great, too (much nicer pool than we expected, with a splash pad and snack shack, and the playground and lake beach were awesome, too). I’d particularly recommend the home for big families or families vacationing together, since it was very kid-friendly.

We came as 3 families. There was something for everyone in the house and all the rooms were spaced out well to accommodate all the kids and adults so that we could be separate but just close enough. Very well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, and spices. The backyard had a little play set for kids along with the trampoline for the older kids, fire pit for the adults and opens up to an open field perfect for some football. Everything was clean and the owners were very responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This was by far the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had, mainly because of the excellent customer service and communication provided from our hosts Charlie and Gergana. 12 of us stayed in this house with room to spare. The basement/game room kept us entertained the entire time. Thanksgiving dinner was perfect with the large kitchen/island layout for all the food and the large dining room for our crew. Can’t comment much on the town as we didn’t explore much but the beer store down the street had adult slushies to go :) Stay here. You will not be disappointed!

Charlie and Gergana made our stay in the Poconos very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out, inside as well as outside their beautiful home! The house was very clean upon our arrival and everything was in working order. You won't be disappointed if you choose their home for your vacation stay in the Poconos!

5 stars.. would recommend to anyone with any group whether it be family with small children or adults for a casino trip. They even left us house slippers/towels on the bed. House was very clean upon arrival. We couldn’t have been more happy. If we didn’t want to go out there were so many things to do play pool ping pong cards watch movies. We had a wonderful time. Our group was 8 adults and 6 kids under age 6. The property is nice and well-maintained. The yard is spacious and has lots of great toys to keep young children entertained. We loved the awning over the deck to provide shade. We enjoyed all of the amenities at the home and within the community area. The kitchen was spacious and seemed to be recently renovated. There were barstools at the kitchen island which made for a nice place to gather. The play area on the main level was very useful for our group with young children. At night the adults enjoyed playing ping pong and billiards in the basement. WiFi and TVs worked well. Bedrooms each had organizers for clothing in case you don't just want to live out of your suitcase during your visit. The bathrooms had baskets of useful items you may have forgotten. It was a thoughtful addition. The host was easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly to answer any questions. Overall, it was a lovely home to stay at for a few days visit with family meeting up from NY, VA and IL.
