Walk in first thing has a musty smell, sink drain was messed up roaches on the wall before you got to bed and on the floor and other bugs as well. The roof was leaking from the mini split a/c and don’t move or look under the furniture it has not been cleaned in who knows how long beds are terrible pool was full of sand looks nothing like the pictures and the owner won’t email you back!

The cost of the rental with a pool and near beach was great! Plenty of space and set up was good. With the money savings comes little things I wish we had, but for the most part those were told to us before hand. The knocks on the place were housekeeping/set up. We were told every nath room would have a starter roll of toilet paper and it did not. Only 1 bathroom had a roll. We were told the pool compnay comes 3 times a week, the pool was dirty with sand and rocks so not sure when they came and the grass was long and not mowed. The AC was spotty, 1 night I woke up cold 2 nights I was very hot. Also the mattresses were very uncomfortable. OVERALL I ENJOYED THE HOUSE. Still gave 4 stars as it did what we needed it to do and the value of the pool for the price was great. Would stay here again

The location is perfect, close to the shops but above all to the beach, which is a perfect distance away. We had children aged between 7 and 16, and the access made it easy to come and go. However, for those who are fanatical about cleanliness, the property is not well maintained. The overall housekeeping is questionable. When we arrived, there was hair in the bathrooms, the showers are gray and unsanitary. The mouldings at the bottom of the walls have a huge amount of dust. The bedspreads in the rooms are not clean. In the kitchen, several items are greasy and don't smell good, the kitchen backsplash and cabinets have food splinters etc. No vacuum cleaner or broom available to maintain during stay. The amount of dust around the air conditioner is a good indication that cleaning is being neglected. We remedied the situation by buying several cleaning products, New shower mats and extra blankets. Still an extremely disappointing point when you invest so much in a vacation home rental. As for the rest, air-conditioning, washer-dryer, location, pool, everything was great. We would recommend the area but if you appreciate clean space you would rather pass on this one.

House was in nice and quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach and plenty of things to do within a short drive.

Everything was good after the first day. We walked in and the floor was gritty with sand; not a big deal just sweep. However, we had to wash all the mattress covers and blankets since they clearly had not been cleaned or cleaned well; it seems like previous guests had not used actual sheets and slept on the mattress directly. Additionally, the trash was full and not emptied until the 3rd day there. When we went to get in the pool the second day it already had sand in it. These were all out of the control of the property manager but need to be considered when hiring the work out. Other than those things, the house was great and everything was in good working order.

The beach house was perfect for our family vacation… back yard very private with a nice size pool..beach access was right at the end of the road… very short walk to beach. Love the location.

The house could use a deep cleaning and some updates to the lower level. Overall, we had a great stay. The location was perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was so nice to hang out by on those hot days. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Everyone enjoyed our stay from the kids to the adults and the house is very big and spacious and can easily sleep 10+ because we had 1 extra bunk bed and the pull out couch untouched! So it definitely has plenty of room!
