Nicely updated small house with updated appliances and central A/C. Conveniently located with good access to roads and trails for both cars and bikes (came for biking).

Property was as described. It was clean with everything we needed. Very close to campus and the square with great local restaurants. Alisa was very communicative and we will definitely stay again when in Fayetteville!

With a little love this would be the best rental in Fayetteville. location is the best…Could not get the TV to connect,
Plenty of towels for both the bath and the kitchen, with hand soap for both room. No wash cloths at all. A bit of street noise but nothing that was all night.
And just a little FYI for the host, saw a few ants in the bathroom.

Very nice place to stay for the 2024 Great American Eclipse, which we drove 2.25 hours south to view at Petit Jean State Park - gorgeous! Also checked out Chrystal Bridges Museum on the advice of our Host - thank you - and Eureka Springs, both only about an hour away. Good Mexican restaurant (Mexico Viejo) and Starbucks a very short walking distance from property. Nice shower and comfy beds.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a short walk to the Razorback baseball game that we had a great time at. The location is excellent and we will stay again!

This is a great property. So close to EVERYTHING UofA. Enjoyed time with our daughter and was able to surprise her with the family dog. The house had everything we needed. We plan on staying again.

We had a nice multi-night stay at this property. The house met our needs really well since we wanted to be near the U of A campus. Location was minutes from campus with quick access to MLK Dr. and Interstate 49. This was great for us since we were out seeing various things in the area.
House was clean and items were easy to find.

Spent a week in this house for opening of baseball season. Location was great for us. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend. Hosts were reachable and very nice.

Enjoyed my cute little house. Had my morning walks just across the street, my coffee in the backyard then ventured out to do so many things around town

Everything was clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable and everything was convenient. We were visiting our son at the university so the location was excellent. We brought our dogs and the home is super dog friendly! The fenced back yard is a big plus and we very much appreciated that there was a large dog water bowl available since we forgot to bring one. We’d definitely book again.

We just love this house! It's close to Baum Walker and really the whole campus. The house is always clean, the owner is super nice and wonderful and our dog loves the huge back yard! We will definitely stay here again!

Weekend With Friends
A friend and I came to visit friends in the area who were recently married. The accommodations were nice and the location was convenient. We had a communication hiccup, but I think that it was resolved well. We will stay here again if we need a place in Fayetteville again.

There is some daytime construction and late-night/weekend clubbing noise nearby, but as light sleepers we were prepared with earplugs and all was good. Owner was super-responsive to our questions and to deliver some kitchen items/utensils that had gone missing. A great value -- enjoyed our stay!

Exactly like describe, walked to Baum, close to food and stores- very clean and convenient and comfortable-will stay here again! Host called and provided updates after a storm the previous day which was thoughtful and appreciated.
