I brought in a group of business owners for a weekend retreat and the home was everything we needed and more to make the weekend wonderful. So much space, incredibly comfortable beds, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Coleman was super responsive and helpful, there were ZERO issues, only ease. I can't wait to rebook here!

The house was amazing with plenty of space for everyone and perfect location to the Ritz Carlton. Would absolutely stay there again.

House is a great location. As close to a true ski in ski out you can get. Very short walk and putting skis on. Hot tub was great but did short out a lot. This is easily fixed by flipping breaker right next to hot tub. We had 12 people staying in the house and had plenty of space for everyone. Very nice to have 2 sets of washing machines and dryers. Easy access to the Ritz for Apres and dinner. SInce had access to dial a ride shuttle once parked car never got in it until day we left for airport. Great house and would reccomend.

This Bachelor Gulch Townhouse was perfect for our group. It is easy to walk to the Ritz Carlton as well as get a village connect ride over to Beaver Creek Village. The owners/ managers were very attentive and helpful. The unit is beautiful with amazing views of the slopes. Easy to ski in and ski out. Would 100% recommend! Hope to be able to book again.

The outdoor Jacuzzi was completely dirty and unusable when we arrived. The water was murky and upon opening the cover a very foul stench emerged. It was repaired on day 4. The outdoor BBQ was disgustingly dirty. We had to perform a deep cleaning just to use it on the first day. We had serious issues with the heating in the bottom floor of the house. Even tough we raised the temperature to over 75 degrees, the most it went up was to 59 degrees. The cold in the bottom room was almost unbearable. We also reported an issue with the hot water during the first 2 days. Most guests in the house had to shower with cold water during those first 2 days because of an issue with the pipes. This home is advertised as “ski in, ski out” and we were very disappointed when we arrived to discover that the home is actually Ski in, but definitely not “ski out”. To get out one has to walk with skis and boots almost 100 yards to the lift. You should inform this to prospective clients, as saying this home is “ski in, ski out” is false advertising. To top it all off, we were charged $1,000.00 of the security deposit at the end of the stay for items that were already there or minor stains that we allegedly made by us. I have rented with VRBO many times and this is the first time I have had such a bad experience.

Property was great, owner was great and easy to communicate with, true ski in / ski out, we'll definitely come back!

We had a great time staying at this house for a ski trip! The property owner Elle was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful in addressing any issues, and she went out of her way to make us comfortable at her lovely house. The location was great! It was an easy and quick walk with skis to the Bachelor Gulch lift and you could ski-in to the back of the house from Roughlock or easily walk back from the lift. It is a quick walk to the Ritz, and it is easy to use the Beaver Creek Village Connect app to request the shuttle to pick up at the house to go to Beaver Creek Village and back. We would definitely stay here again!

We haven’t visited Colorado as a family for five years. We were all so happy to be back. Our stay at this beautiful home made it an even better experience. The home is beautiful. The location next to the Ritz Carlton is very convenient for all ages. Elle is a wonderful host. We can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay at this beautiful property was incredible. Everything was absolutely perfect. We celebrated thanksgiving in the mountains but a lot of our special memories were made just lounging in this home enjoying the views, the comfy furniture and beds as well as multiple game nights. We were blown away by all the home supplies for any need we had and the communication with Elle was like chatting with a dear friend. Book this place. You won’t be disappointed! We will be back♥️

We had a wonderful weekend in Bachelor Gulch. The house is perfect for friends or family that want a luxurious house minutes from skiing and steps from the Ritz. Sleeping options make it perfect for family or friends and the well appointed home was extremely comfortable. We’d rent again the next time we come to Beaver Creek.
