This was an amazing VRBO experience. The house had all the amenities and was decorated perfectly for the area. The owner communicated very thoroughly and consistently as we needed. It is one block away from the Main Street area, but was felt quiet, secure and secluded at night. Very close to all area attractions. We will definitely rent this property again on our next stay in the Waynesville area.

The home is nothing like the reviews, the back deck was covered with debris, the sofa is very uncomfortable, cushions flat & sits 6' from the TV in small room, Toilet water ran in main bath, no bath soap, shampoo, lotion like most rentals furnish, no alarm clocks, a dog was barking behind home all day long, loud trucks use this street to deliver goods to shops on Main St. dining table is usable for two, no kitchen prep space, 1st full day City workers using a backhoe made a path through back of home, & their Equip. ran on the street in front the next day, we left early, notified Host & he said he'd give a refund, but has now changed his mind, we stayed two nights, booked it for four nights. Would not return, terrible stay, I don't believe the 10 star reviews.

We stayed 4 nights here and found this charmer clean, well stocked, and located close to downtown Waynesville. There were 2 of us and I think more than 4 would be a tight fit. The description of this VRBO is accurate and the communication with the owners via text is great. We were disappointed there was no grill at first but got too busy with all the wonderful things to do on the area to grill anyway. If you’re looking for peace and quiet you will find it a bit noisy with the cars going up and down the street and too much light coming in at night. I would recommend this place for the most part. Being in Waynesville is a great opportunity.

This property is exactly as advertised: Seemingly brand new and professionally decorated. Upon our arrival we were impressed by the general cleanliness and the seasonal decor. The owner(s) clearly take great pride in the property. This was our first overnight stay in Waynesville, and we found the property to be convenient to Waynesville's quaint downtown shopping district and the many area eateries. We definitely hope to return in the late spring for another relaxing week in this beautiful property! No negatives that we can think of.

Owner was easy to contact and work with. Great location We walked to downtown shops and restaurants. Smoke detector was chirping when we arrived and host came immediately to change batteries. Beautiful decor and accessories in this new home Lots of extras provided. We will be returning

Our hosts made the whole process very easy, from check in to check out! The house was very cozy and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The house is in a great location…quick walk to Main Street, for shopping, food and breweries, but also we were close enough to explore areas around Waynesville like The Biltmore in Asheville, and Smoky Mountain National Park, all within 35 minutes. We loved that the hosts left suggestions for restaurants, and things to do. We will definitely be back!!

The property was a perfect location, we could walk to town, very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. One note is that there are no TV's in the bedroom. The Owner was very quick to respond

This cottage is exactly like it was described. It is new, well appointed, clean and walkable to Waynesville's charming downtown. The hosts were very responsive, but we had no serious issues and would stay here again. It offered us a great long weekend get-away. We particularly appreciated the suggestions of places to eat.

We had a great thanksgiving vacation here and was the perfect size for my husband and I. It was very clean and had all the little supplies we needed. We cooked breakfast and the kitchen utensils/pot & pans were nice as well. The owners were very accommodating and gave a list of near by restaurants. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this Waynesville rental. The house is very comfortable- nice and new with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. The house has all the things you need for a wonderful couple / small family get away. The location is great being one block off of the downtown Main Street where there are several restaurant options and a couple breweries if that is your thing. The owners were very responsive with questions prior to our stay. Would recommend!

Great house, safe location. My husband said for him the only thing that would have made it better would have been a recliner and a view. The only I needed that they didn’t have was an iron and ironing board. Excellent host!

Great property in great location walkable to meals and shops. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Hosts were communicative and checked in with us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back!

Willow was a wonderful host and we had everything we needed! Such an awesome location, walking distance to everything! The yard is a perfect spot for well-minding dogs to go to the bathroom, although close to the road so obeying is crucial. There was a good bit of cobwebs around inside but the place is brand new so I’m sure there is still some residual of construction. Other than that the only other thing that could improve the property is some blinds on the bathroom windows; the wives didn’t love the lack of privacy.
