My family and I rented this property for our sons baseball tournament. It was very clean. Great location, very easy check in and check out. Communication with the property manager was extremely easy. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

This is a great house and great location for adventures in southern Utah. Very clean and has everything you need. Would definitely rent again.

We loved this place! Loved the layout, loved the amount of bathrooms, loved the private hot tub, loved the kitchen/great room, loved the pickle ball courts! We would come back here in the future! Loved everything about this place! I didn't want to come home!

Great place to stay. Beds are not the most comfortable, but not the worst either.

Unit 40 was impeccable. Beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy time together (and apart when needed :) We hosted a family dinner with 15 people and there was room for everyone and all the kitchen necessities for preparing and serving the meal. The pool and clubhouse were top-notch as well. The slide and splash pad were a fun diversion for the kids. It does get BUSY in the afternoon but was quieter in the morning and evening. Just a fantastic stay all-around with very responsive management and easy check-in and checkout. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The toilet paper holders in the half bath and the king room were falling off. The rug in the master bath was dirty when I arrived. I reported that the water filter had a red light but no one replaced it or if they did it is still on. There is a hole in the ceiling of the MBR closet. I did report but never heard from anyone. I would not be interested in renting this unit again. The Roku TV is unacceptable. It is complicated, the volume doesn't work on it (in some instances in order to hear it you need to tune it to 100. Other channels are 25 - 30) In order to see any TV at all (even local channels) you need to have your own subscription to sign in. I am quite a techie, but I struggled every time I wanted to watch something. If they decide to keep it they need to show that on VRBO so guests will expect it...Very difficult to find any sports! The ceiling is covered with recessed lights and no dimmers. The only lights I ever used were table lamps. Not giving out a garage door opener is also not acceptable. I have never rented anywhere (and I have done so many times) that I had to go inside to get in to the garage and not have an opener available. Aren't the renters vetted at all! I was told it was a security issue. I was missing necessary items when I arrived. When I called Red Sands it would depend on who answered the phone or text. There were very helpful people (everyone that delivered whatever I needed were extremely nice) and some very unhelpful and telling me that they did not know if they could help me. When I asked for more towels and told them that there were towels and washcloths here but in a box, they suggested that those would be the ones I would be getting so i should just unbox and wash them;-( There was a wine opener but no glasses. I called for just a set of small glasses as all I had were large tall glasses and clunky plastic glasses. That was when i was told they would have to check with the owner. I guess they must have approved it as I did get some. The next time I rent anything for a length of time and am dealing with a managing company I will make sure that the basics are included for the amount of time I am there. I requested additional soap (because I had new guests coming in) and was told you were only given that on arrival and that I should buy some. What is the difference if you have a different person in there twice a week? Do you give them each soap? Aargh!

Just a couple of issues, the fact that we didn't have a TV the first day. Was a bit frustrating because we were hoping to watch the jazz playoff game. And the problem was fixed the next day as soon as the maintenance came by. Also the oven light stayed on and would never go off.

Very much enjoyed our time here. Everything was super clean and plenty of space for everyone.

Everything was wonderful. The house is beautiful and well stocked with the essentials and then some. The hot tub was so nice to have right out back.

The house was clean when we got there. Check in and check out was simple and easy. We took razors and had plenty of room for our trailers and big trucks in the extra parking lot. There was plenty for our young kids and teenagers to do. The club house, pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts kept everyone entertained. We had an issue with the stove not getting gas to it but red sands property management texted back immediately and had a repair man in there right away. Turns out the gas switch just needed to be turned on. The boys loved the triple bunk room. Plenty of room for 6 teens. We will be back.

Ocotillo Springs 40 was a great place to stay. The house was beautiful, comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. Great location and easy access to Snow Canyon and lots of biking trails. Our kids loved the swimming pool, hot tub, and pickleball court. Red Sands were easy to work with. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great place, very clean! Our teens loved the private hot tub. I was worried the bunks would be uncomfortable and a little tight but they said they were super comfy. The community pool was beautiful and was only a short walk away.

I would stay here again.
