Our friends take a trip together every year and this place was perfect! So close to the beach and an amazing location. My puppy loved the yard and had a great time as well, such a beautiful house and great trip overall!

We visited in February to get a break from the Cincinnati winter. The house was great, spacious, clean, and a great location. Just a short walk down the street to the beach.

We took a multi family vacation, and this house hit all the marks. Large open concept. The kids enjoyed the board games stocked in the house. Plenty of beds. Plenty of hot water. Very nicely stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels for all guests. The large screened in back deck was wonderful of the evenings. Quick walk to the beach. Close to convenience stores. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space.The communication with the property manager was always great. They were very responsive and accommodating to a request made before check in which our group definitely appreciated. The house was clean upon arrival. I really don't have anything negative to say about it. We would definitely add to our list of places to stay again.

The property was exactly as described, very clean, well-stocked and had plenty of room for all of our party.

You can tell this is managed by an agency & not a home owner. Bare minimum provided: no coffee filters, 1 extra trash bag, 1 roll of cheap TP per bathroom, etc. The personal touch is missing. Also - carefully read the pet clause. I took 2 pets, I was charged over $280 ($140 each). As worded, I felt it should be $140 for 2 pets. The location is great and the house layout is good for a large group.

Beautiful, clean, amazing place to stay. My husband and I took both our mother's ages 82 & 92 and our furbabies for a week. We had everything we needed, including a short walk to the Beach and a great back yard. Hope to go again soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice. It was great to be able to park my boat and trailer.

We truly enjoyed our short stay. A short walk to the beach. Peaceful and no worries of crowds or the problems that come with them. If we ever have the opportunity we will be back.

We’ve stayed in several rentals in Mexico Beach and this was by far one of the best. Great location as it is walking distance or very short drive to beach. If you have a party of 8-10 and want reasonably priced accommodations, this is the place to stay.

Outdoor shower, screened porch, fenced in yard, large parking area, beach chairs, beach wagon, and rolling cooler made life easier! Host communicates well, very accessible, and accommodating. Highly recommend this spacious, clean, convenient, cozy home!

As the title says, this is seriously the best vacation home I've ever stayed in... and I've stayed in 5 just in the last 3 months. It was amazingly stocked, with just about everything that you need, and more. The rooms are very good sized and extremely homey. There are dressers and clothes hampers (which is not common in airbnbs but incredibly handy). Seriously, this felt like home away from home. We were here for 3 weeks with 4 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs and didn't have a single complaint. The neighbors were nice, the fenced-in yard was amazing, and the short walk to the beach was the cherry on top. Don't waste another second looking for a place in Mexico Beach, this is the one! We'll be back year after year for sure.

Serenity was just as listed. The accomodations were clean, spacious and comfortable. This was a weekend for four adult siblings/spouses and we greatly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!

Well stocked kitchen even has an air fryer! Charcoal was provided for the grill and the back yard and porch are wonderful.

We booked this house for family to enjoy while they were in town for our wedding. Since it was a destination wedding we had people travelling from all over and this house was PERFECT! Spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. The screened porch was perfect as well as the fenced in yard for our dogs. One thing I loved was the door from patio to laundry room! this was GREAT for managing in & out traffic. We loved the house and plan to rent it again in the future! Thanks for great house!!!

Me and my family evacuated from Hurricane Ida. We were able to book it in a short notice, thankfully. Check-in was a breeze. It was right off of the beach road, about a block off from the actual beach which was a great distraction for us. The kids enjoyed the quiet beach. The house had a wagon full of beach chairs which was nice. The house was clean and spacious. The fenced in back yard was fantastic. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, cups, and such. As we watched Ida stall over our community with Cat 3 winds we knew we needed to find a place to stay a bit longer. We reached out to management who were able to extend out stay for another 3 nights until someone else booked it. Two things to be aware of: 1. Although it is pet friendly, they do not list the pet fee on this site. Other properties list this up front so this fee was not calculated into our total. It was added onto our total after the first night when I got a call from the property manager. 2. Neighbors- apparently the neighbors know the owners of the house (which I can appreciate someone looking after my rental) but complained as we were unpacking that our dog was unleashed. Management called us on the first night to say we hadn't listed we had a dog with us. I assured her there was no place for me upon booking that allowed me to say that my dog was coming. I also assured her that my dog would be leashed from now on. A proposed solution= state your pet fees up front and list your pet rules upon booking. If this were for a vacation, I'd say it was a pleasant stay. But since I found out my home was destroyed during the hurricane I'll say that it was a good home base while we figured out where we would be living for the foreseeable future. I would recommend this secluded, quiet beach rental for families.
