We had a blast at this property! Everything was just perfect!

I stayed here for two nights with my family and we had a great trip. House was large, great outdoor area, and was close to everything.

Very comfy home away from home. Easy to get to and to get to places from the house and very easy communication with the host

This was a great property and I cannot recommend it enough! It was the perfect layout of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space for what my group needed. Everything was clean and well maintained with all necessary amenities. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Second time staying here. Our group loved it! Will be back next year.

Overall we were all impressed with the home in all aspects. The only minor disappointment was that the colored lights in the hot tub didn’t work. All in all, a very positive experience!

Very nicely redone four bedroom two level home with a great porch off the lower level. The outdoor fireplace is beautiful and had plenty of seating for our group of 14 to enjoy s'mores. The hot tub is great, but be sure to pull out the steps on the side to climb in. Nicely outfitted with paper products and cleaning supplies as well as lots of towels and blankets. Listed as sleeping 14 (our number), but really has beds for 10 and 2 couches. We had to get 2 cots to add, but there was plenty of room. Not far from Sight and Sound!

Great property with great hosts. States that it's sleep's 14 but only sleeps Ten, We had to bring an air mattress but there was plenty of room for it.

Loved the large dining table. Linens and towels were provided - and were lovely (not washed with any scents). A good central home base where we visited Strasburg, Lititz, and everything in between!

Our family visits Lancaster every year for our yearly family getaway. We have a large family of 9 and growing. So we need space to spread out and relax. The house was very spacious & decorated beautifully. Location is perfect! Close to all attractions. My family loved the outdoor space & used the hot tub nightly. It is a split level home so if you have any issues with stairs or steps it could be an issue as you have to go up a flight or down a flight to access either the kitchen and dining or the family room. Plenty of towels & the laundry room was great with 2 dryers. The only problem we had was an ongoing issue with the hot water. Showers were lukewarm at best & turned ice cold quickly. I did contact the owner who was quick to respond. He stated it was the breaker & came by to fix it. Unfortunately this issue continued throughout our stay. I did let the owner know the issue was unresolved so that he could have it repaired before the next guests arrive. Except for the lack of hot water we had a nice time & plenty of room for our family.

Only complaints are the oven was filthy and the house was cold on lower level even with the fireplace set at 80. It wasn’t even 70 degrees but also the coldest days of the year! Too cold to even try the hot tub! Otherwise my family enjoyed our time together for Christmas!

This was the Birthdays Girls 15th year celebrating friendship and this property didn't disappoint! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the location was great. The hot tub and fire pit were the perfect end to our days as we could sit, talk and relax. Be sure to bring your own wood, matches and a poker as these items are not provided. Thank you, Jake, for allowing us to celebrate years of friendship in your beautiful home!!

The house was great and beautifully decorated. We are a group of 10 women that go on Girls Weekend every year. Everyone enjoyed the house, the outside fireplace and jacuzzi. Having the large dining table was awesome because we were all able to enjoys meals together. The family room downstairs was perfect for us to hang out in. We highly recommend renting this house.

Lovely home and property! Really enjoyed the outdoor space with fireplace and jacuzzi. Jake was a great host and was quick to communicate with me regarding any questions I had. We look forward to a return trip!

There were a couple of chairs that were broken and we ended up with black feet walking on the floors they just need good mopping not with a swifter. The air conditioning vents were dirty I tried to clean a couple, they just need good scrubbing and I did clean the entry hanging light. If you are paying someone to clean you might want to check on there work. Overall we had a very nice stay.

This rental property was beautiful and well maintained. The hosts had all items you would need (so many towels, kitchen utensils, and even whoopie pies upon arrival). I went with a group of 8 ladies for a weekend away before my sisters wedding. We felt right at home in this house, had a great time exploring Lancaster, and enjoying the hot tub at night. As mentioned in other comments there is no fire wood provided. I was unable to find any when we went out to look for it locally- so maybe message the hosts before to see where the best place is to pick some up. Ultimately- we were very happy with our stay and so glad we came upon this house in our search. We’d love to come back again!

Our whole group had such a wonderful weekend. The house was prepared with everything we needed, except wood. The house has a great ambiance and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed the Lancaster Central Market and learning about Amish history and culture. We’d definitely recommend this property.

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend. House was very clean, wonderfully decorated, and spacious in size. The fireplace and hot tub were a great bonus. Everything is exactly as described and the house is centrally located. Highly recommend.

It was a beautiful property and true to the listing! Clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was nice and enjoyable! We had a great time with our mini reunion and celebration! We will be back!
