Beautiful spot, fantastic location, great for couples/a small family! Owner was lovely to deal with, property is really well maintained and super cute, and the pools are an excellent bonus. Easy walk into town/City Beach, or a short drive to the beach if you’re packing the many things needed by a toddler for the day. Was the perfect spot for a wonderful long weekend!!

The property is in the best location in Town, right on the water and a short walk to downtown. The unit itself was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The deep pool is location just a few steps from the unit. The property is surprising quite considering the number of units. Everyone was very friendly on and off the site. The host responded quickly to our emails. Based on the property description I thought Kayaks were available for our use and that there was a beach on the property, however that was not the case. There is a place to play basket ball and volley ball, but the balls were not include. There were 2 new cruiser biked, unfortunately we are short and the bikes were made for taller people.

Our family stayed in the condo during the summer and found it well appointed for our trip! The kitchen is well equipped and organized, and the unit was very clean and comfortable for our stay! Appreciated that we could walk to town quite easily. Evan, the owner, was very responsive and great to work with too!

We enjoyed our short stay, very clean and a perfect location to access the lake and downtown. Pool was steps outside our back door which worked great for the kids and it was never too busy to swim, we were often the only ones or one additional family. We used the bikes to bike around the neighborhood and into town which was fun because that isn’t something we can do at home so made it something unique and fun for the kids.

Nice condo, the property is a little dated but the palce itself on the inside is updated and enjoyable. Pool is right out the back porch and the lake and docks are just a little further. Roomy Kitchen and living room with a nice bar to eat at and prep meals. Bed is comfortable and the cealing fan keeps it comfortable and is quiet. Smart TV's in the living room and bedroom with quality wifi had no troubles streaming movies, music and no issues with the zoom meetings I had while there. Nice walk or bike ride to downtown. The bathroom is maybe the only thing I would comment on. Shower is nice with good pressure and very comfortable but there is only a pedestal wash basin/sink so not much room for toiletries but there is a nice shelf in the bedroom so its not a huge issue at all. Great host and very accommodating.

Stayed 2 nights. Location is excellent for skiing, shops and restaurants.

Location of the unit is very convenient and within walking distance of downtown. Host was very prompt and helpful. The location within the complex was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. A nice place to stay to enjoy Sandpoint.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The location is perfect, right in town within walking distance to Sandpoint. The pool was wonderful and never too crowded. Evan was an amazing host and his responses to our questions was extremely fast!!

Fantastic experience! Evan was wonderful to communicate with, we had all the check in info the day before we arrived and the condo is well appointed, clean and tidy! No issues at all, the large bedroom has a DVD player we were able to use and smart TV in the living room. The property is well maintained (common BBQs) and exactly as described in Vrbo. Our kids used the pool just off the back deck daily, I was able to easily launch my SUP off the boat dock in the lake, we enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint! Quick 10min walk into a cute little town.

Nice location, we walked restaurants. Nice area. The bed was very comfortable, the out side table and chairs needed pads or something. Very clean and nice place. Pool vas very nice also.

Location was great, almost everything you need. Never found an ironing board or iron

Short but great stay everything we needed. Nice surprise to wake up to after a late check in, the lake/marina and pool were all visible with easy access.

We loved Sandpoint- and the condo was in the perfect location! It was in walking distance to town, across the street from a great pizza place), close to the city beach and right in front of a pool! I think the pool was key! My daughters loved it! My husband and I used the two beach cruiser bikes that were available to ride to town each evening to catch a quick happy hour! It was a tad small for a family of four, but overall it was a fabulous stay!

Condo in great location close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed, nice deck and well-equipped kitchen. Didn’t get around to using the bikes, maybe next time!

Just the right size for 2 people. Very clean and well equipped. King bed was extremely comfortable! Easy check in process. Owner messaged us with his contact info and to make sure we had everything we needed.

The property worked very well for a long ski weekend in Sandpoint. The drive to the hill was easy and it was the perfect location for exploring town in the evenings. A very nice size for a couple.

We were incredibly happy with this unit! The location was beautiful being next to the lake but also being in town allowed us to walk to restaurants/bars and enjoy downtown Sandpoint. Schweitzer was also a very short and easy drive, and the unit was larger than we anticipated which was great. Evan responded quickly to any questions that we had. We had an amazing time, would absolutely come back and stay here!

The condo was perfect for us as a home base for our Schweitzer ski trip. Excellent location in Sandpoint and super easy to get around town. Evan is a wonderful host, very good communicator with everything we needed to know. Will definitely stay here again.

Property worked great. Easy entry, downtown Sandpoint, short distance from Schweitzer. In the summer it looks like it would be close to the water with a pool in the center of the complex.
