We will miss the beautiful Abraham Lake and mountains if we didn't book this property to stay. It's a bonus to our Banff trip. We also visited Ram River Ranger for horseback riding. Excellent! The wild fire disturbed and interrupted our trip. But nothing to reduce our joy staying in Darcy's place!

We really enjoyed the cabin. Very comfortable, clean and a gorgeous location. The kitchen had all the utensils or cooking gear we needed and our daughter loved the Xbox! We stayed during the heat wave and were happy to see that we could be comfortable inside the cabin, and the evenings cooled down nicely. Darcy was very helpful right from the time we booked until we left.

The property was excellent and we enjoyed our stay! Thanks a ton, will definitely stay there again someday!

We loved everything about this property because it encompassed our biggest goal: to be outside. It is perfectly situated to climb the Nordegg Via Ferrata, and we rented the side-by-side for one afternoon as well which kept us outside the rest of the time. The cabin itself is beautiful, with high quality furnishings and plenty of towels and blankets. It did get hot while we were there and there is no AC, but nights cooled right down. Highly recommend staying here!

Great quite place if you want to get away with the family!

This cabin had all the necessities you could ever need. Beautiful scenery, extremely clean and the beds and pillows were so comfy! Highly recommend, we will be back ! Thank you for having us !

What an amazing cabin! Lots of room for our family of 5 and dog. Plenty of linen, kitchenware, outdoor seating and firewood. Very clean! The deck is a great place to relax. We loved staying there and will be back.

This was a great get away and we enjoyed all of the amenities and the private fire pit.

This property is beautiful, well kept and loved! Communication was easy like talking with friends and making a plan. We had our family together this past weekend to celebrate the life of a family member that passed and it was perfect. Thank you for making this a special weekend for our families. We rented the cabin to do a short business retreat, and it was amazing location for it. Access to hikes for the morning then we would work on the front deck in the afternoon Head to the café in town for homemade pie, then a fire in the evening What a lovely way to spend a week working with a view of the mountains

The cabin was super cozy & clean. Cabin was fully equipped with all the amenities bedding, towels and kitchen items. The fireplace (with lots of cut wood) added to the experience of a escape to a mountain location.

This was our second time staying here and celebrating Christmas with our kids & grandkids. We now lovingly refer to it as Christmas cabin. We loved having fires outside in the fire pit area as the kids tobogganed down the driveway. We cooked Christmas dinner and enjoyed a warm toast in front of the fireplace. See you next year! Cheers.

We had a nice time. The property was clean and had everything we needed

The overall experience was ideal. Everything was just as advertised. My friends and I have fallen in love with the Nordegg area and will definitely return. It was definitely more affordable than some of the other properties in the same area. Mr. O'brien was helpful and respectful. We will definitely do business with him again.

Overall nice place to stay with plenty of room

My husband and I were looking for private accommodations in a mountain setting, and this did not disappoint. Communication with the property manager/owner was great, Darcy was very responsive. The house was presented well and clean and the area is beautiful. Good quality towels and linens, kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans, drinkware - everything you need. The welcome basket with treats and tour info was a very nice touch. Check-in and check-out info was handy to have and made the process seamless. The Nordegg area has many trails for outdoor activities. Would love to go back and explore more! Thanks for having us!
