The house was tidy and just what we needed for the convention we were attending. Wished we could have stayed longer!

House is an older home that’s been cutely remodeled. The couch had seen it’s better days and was not very comfortable. Communication with host was quick and precise, although I had to ask about ck in and ck out details. Air conditioner must be on a timer controlled off site, we were there during some of the hottest days on record and were not able to get the house to cool down enough because we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. I do have to mention that there was an issue our fist night with the neighbor diagonally across the street, he was on a loud speaker shouting out vulgar, obscene and threatening words. Someone called the sheriffs office and once they came out, there wasn’t any more trouble out of him. Hopefully it was an isolated event, other than that, the neighborhood was quiet and nice lol. It’s location is very convenient.

My husband and I stayed here for a week, and the place was adequately stocked with toiletries and towels. We loved the kitchen and the privacy of being at the end of the street. It had a cozy energy and we relaxed well with lots of space to spread out. As others have mentioned, the yard could use a little TLC, and the living room sofa could use an upgrade. If you are particular about your pillow, bring one or buy one locally. That made all the difference in my quality of sleep. The beds are all between firm and medium firm.

Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

The house is updated inside, kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. Location is at the end of dead end street. Yard needs a little tlc, and communication with owner via app wasn’t the best. I rent a lot and usually get check in details day before. Owner only let us know 10 minutes before 4 ( check in time) after I wrote her just confirming check in time. This could be a little more friendly and we are happy to follow rules just like to be organized and communicated a little sooner not 10 minutes before check in. Master bath bedroom had some draining issues, but other than that I would definitely recommend staying here. Close driving proximity to many shops and restaurants and interstate. I give the place 4 ⭐️

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The location. Was great, house was very clean and beautifully updated. We were very happy with the visit!

We only booked the property for 2 nights and it suited our needs perfectly. Very well supplied with amenities and exactly as the pictures showed. The very best part were the beds along with being at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood we had the most restful sleep of our 6 week vacation.

Recently remodeled by appearance and very clean with great new appliances. Landscaping could use some improvement but with live oaks, you have the leaves. Communication with the owner was 6 stars.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, and comfortable and close to everything we needed to be near. The pictures depicted the true look of the house. The home owner was very nice and usually quick to respond and provided us with all the information we needed. The only issue we had was the temp was locked between 72 - 78 and we were not able to turn on A/C when outside temp was 80 degrees, so the house was very warm at 78 degrees for us "Northerners". Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend staying there.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely house. Only critique is that the king size bed sagged in the middle.

We stayed at this house for a wedding near by. Quite end of the road house, located near good shops and dinning. Yard could use come landscaping but all in all great house.

House was very clean and updated.

It was a very quiet neighborhood that we were in. Everything in the house was clean, neat, orderly and it was a relaxed setting. If you are in Tampa and need a place to stay for events in the area or a getaway away from home, this place will do it for you. It’s close to the State Fair which is why we needed to be there - so perfect location.

Great place to stay that was well stocked and definitely felt more like a home than other properties we've stayed at.

Home is nice and photos are very accurate. The kitchen remodel is lovely. The landscaping could use a little attention, esp. the backyard, and I think a cookie sheet and a full sized ironing board would be great additions. The only problem we had was that the bathtubs get a little backed up and you find yourself standing in a couple of inches of water while your showering. It didn't ruin our visit but if I were there for a longer stay, I would have needed someone to address the problem. Other than that it is a nicely appointed cozy home in a good location. I would return.

We enjoyed our stay. The quiet end of the street home was a perfect place to rest and relax. The only note I would have would be that the floors were a little dirty, but I noticed mostly because my 9-month-old was crawling around and his knees were black with dirt. A small detail in the grand scheme of things going really well. Would reccomend!

I wound highly recommend this property. Very clean, and match the pictures online completely. The property manager got back to me within 5 minutes every time I needed her. If you’re looking for a place to stay, away from the hussell and bussell, consider this property. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved this fully stocked kitchen...the only thing that I brought from home was my kcup machine. They even had ziplock bags, pump soap, and dish detergent. Everything was clean and the kitchen was great. The pretty flowers in the front were a nice touch too. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The house is in a great location and the renovation is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked with almost everything that you could need. I think every house should have a Keurig but I didn’t hold it against the owners. Check in was easy. The wifi works great. But I found it odd that there’s a code for the tv so never turned it on. The bedding and towels were new and very nice. But some throw blankets and better pillows would have been amazing. Also, the mattresses, though brand new, were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Overall the house is very nice but I don’t know if I would stay there again because of the mattresses. But the owner was very kind and helpful. I think most people would probably have a wonderful time here.
