Good place and good location but listing is inaccurate as the games they said they had were missing pieces and trashed. The equipped kitchen had plenty of serveware and dishes but they didn’t have any cooking supplies such as salt, pan spray, sugar. Pillows also smelled very musty/old.

Our family had a special time in Sarasota, FL, during the wedding of our friends. Vacasa was very helpful, the house was super clean and we had much fun.

Our family had the vacation of a lifetime at the Paradiso Probay. The home was simply amazing. We had 2 children and 6 adults in our party. We had plenty of room in the house. We fully utilized the kitchen and cooked multiple meals. The pool area was a hit. We really didn’t have to leave the house to venture out. We highly recommend this house for future vacations.

Overall we had a great experience. The kitchen was well supplied. Great kitchen, dining and lanai. Beautiful pool. However there was a roach problem which was never addressed after phones calls and emailing pictures of the roaches. The last morning we killed 9 roaches. Another issue was no hand railings to get in/out of the pool resulting in 4 of the 7 people not being able to use it after they paid to have it heated. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication with Vacasa and now are hesitant to book through them again.

First of all we are paying for a safe and clean place to enjoy our holiday vacation. As soon as we walk through the door, the floor reflected a poor maintenance and it was obvious that was not clean properly. The door didn't not close as safely as it should. We tried to use the facilities of the pool. The barbecue did not have gas and was very disgusting. Instead of enjoying as we got there we had to clean it or we would have lost the groceries for the barbecue. The tv remote controllers were not working properly. Pool heater and filter were not working on January 2nd and 3rd. The first contact we made to announce the issues we had with property management they mention the local phone number for the issues we had to get fixed was not provided. We contacted Vacasa and they made the arrangements on gas and the door safety issue. The property is beautiful but this maintenance is damaging the safety and commodities it should have.

Large home and nice neighborhood. Good for large families.

This place has everything you need. Highly recommended.

It is a very comfortable house, very nice and clean. I recommend it 100%, without a doubt, we would return in the future.

Family half reunion vacation

Paradiso Probay was the perfect home in a quiet neighborhood for our family of five. The amenities to include pool, grill , plenty of beach items and pool toys, made our travels with extra items less. The location on a golf course was an added bonus for me, and the course was in great condition, contrary to what recent reviews expressed. The master suite on 2nd floor allowed some quiet from the little ones, a great getaway after long days at the beach. I would definitely recommend this home to a family with children, and my family will definitely be returning sooner than later.

Beautiful home and nice pool. We had 4 adults and 4 children and all of our needs were met. We would stay there again in the future.

House is very big with a nice pool. Upstairs main bedroom suite is the largest I have ever seen. Pool area is nice and relaxing. Definitely recommend pool heater. WiFi was excellent. Vacasa communication was awesome. Home is furnished nicely and it feels modern overall, but there are some dated and worn elements in bathrooms and kitchen. Still a beautiful home and would recommend staying here!

Very nice home and heated pool with plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood. Vacasa communicated very well and made themselves accessable for any questions. I would definitely stay again if I have a large group that I am traveling with.

This home was set up so nicely for our two family vacation. Location was great! We could get to many things fairly quickly or relax in our own great space. We will be back!

Beautiful clean home! Easy check in and out. I recommend just heating the pool in the cooler months automatically and add that charge upfront. We didn’t see that the pool could be heated till it was too late

Overall the house was super nice and clean. We had issues with the pool at first but once they sent the pool boy over it seemed to fix the issues. The house fit 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We loved how the house supplied beach chairs, towels, and toys. The TVs were a bit slow with the remotes but they did the job to play shows for the children at night. Bed upstairs was very comfortable. Bunk room could use better mattresses though. Overall we would stay here again!

Big beautiful house with plenty of room to separate. Nice pool. Loved they supplied beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Even supplied us with beach towels. The upstairs bedroom is awesome. Great time!

Very spacious and the comforts of home

The house is very beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect. It’s in a great neighborhood just out of the way from all the traffic, but close to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the pool and stayed at it more than we went to the beach. I wouldn’t change a thing. Staff with vacasa kept me informed on our travel arrangements prior to our arrival. They left contact information in case we needed anything during our stay. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend vacasa.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved having all the bird wildlife around to see up close while being out by the pool. This house was everything we expected and more.
