This condo has everything you need and more. Every bedroom has a private balcony and bathroom. Beds are very comfortable, and the location is great! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time! The condo was very well maintained, clean, stocked, spacious and comfortable. The huge balcony has beautiful views in every direction. Location was fantastic and the owner was a pleasure. We look forward to another visit!

This condo met all of our needs including our dog. The owners were very responsive when we had an issue with the TV. The location was perfect for us. We would stay here again!

Everything was as advertised, this place was very clean, spacious, and stocked with anything you could ever wish for! Need a zester? It is there! Spices? Yep! Crock Pot? Got it! And don't forget the puzzles, games, decks of cards, and books and DVD's.
Helen was extremely prompt with having someone over to help us with the TV remote, in fact, someone showed up before I even saw her text stating they were coming! Perfect!
And then there is the view...couldn't get any better, just steps to get to the beach and you get to hear the water every time the door is open!
Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping just a few miles away.
What probably made it the best though, was Helen allows dogs, not just the 20 lb. dogs mind you, but our girl who weighs in at 124 lbs.! It is so difficult to find the right place that will take Ava as well. We were so grateful!
An amazing place and we certainly will consider staying here again. This was probably the last time my parents will be able to make this trip and it was a perfect place for them to spend their time.

Property was very clean with fantastic views from LR & all 3 BRs of gulf, bay & river. Building was quiet & on 9th floor, no noise from beach except for the waves breaking on shore. Numerous restaurants, shopping & activities in area. Family has been going to the area for 14 years & this condo rates very high on our favorites list.

This 3BR 3BA condo was clean and well stocked! The view from the balcony was awesome, saw dolphins swim by twice! We very much appreciated the use of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the week.
The layout provides privacy for 6 adults, especially with all bedrooms having their own balcony.

This property definitely had everything you need for a great vacation in Perdido. Plenty of chairs for the beach and all the comforts of home in the condo. Great views from the balcony and a very clean unit. Quick communication from the owner also. Great location

We enjoyed our stay so much in this gorgeous condo. It was immaculately clean and stocked with everything needed to feel at home. The beds were extremely comfortable too. The balcony is large, private, and perfectly furnished to take in the spectacular view. We can’t wait to return.

Helen is a terrific communicator and is sharing her beautiful condo on the beach! The condo is extremely well stocked with everything our family needed to prepare meals, have space when needed, as well as have a blast on the beach.
If you’re looking for a clean comfortable place on the beach that is easy walking distance to the Flora Bama this is your place; as long as it’s not when we’ll be back.

Our stay was great! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. The view was breathtaking and was nice to sit on the balcony at night. The beach was nice to sit at and was nice to walk. I would recommend this condo for any occasion and would definitely be back.

We stayed at Helen's property for Thanksgiving. It was SO well stocked - we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner with ease because the kitchen had everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable. The balcony has plenty of room for hanging out. We loved our stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. The beach was quiet the entire week were there. The condo was perfect for us well maintained and beautiful. It was close to restaurants and easy to navigate around area. We saw the Blue Angels perform on Veterans Day and was a great show. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family and hope to return soon.

We met so many nice owners and renters at the condo. Helen and James were so easy to communicate with.
So, I want to let everyone know that this condo was amazing and everything we wanted for our stay in Perdido Key. The condo was stocked well, the beds were so comfy, the ocean front was wonderful watching the dolphins every morning and evening. The parking was a breeze and if you have a fur baby the potty area is awesome and very clean. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious condo for multiple family members.

Located at the FL/AL line, this beautiful property has views of the Gulf from every bedroom, three bathrooms (great when traveling with extended family), and was very well appointed for a family that likes to cook in while on vacation. Easy parking and an area reserved for unloading when you arrive. The host was always very responsive and answered all of our questions and requests quickly. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone either looking for space to spread out or traveling with multiple family members.

Perfect location for family
As a family, we enjoy vacations that offer some privacy with access to activity without being in highly populated areas. This property offered that perfectly. Ocean views and beautiful beaches were icing on the cake. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Great view and stay
Everything was in great shape, along with the view. Plenty of space and kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor closet was a plus with nice beach chairs. It was nice being able to bring our dog. The ice maker broke down the second to last day and repair man was there within the hour. Helen thanks for letting us stay there. Wish you the best.
