The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners did a lovely job. We loved the short walk to the beach and downtown. Couple of items to note we missed as a rental - there were three of us and only two wash clothes available, which we felt was not enough (it sleeps four, so would at least make sure there are enough for four, especially without a w/d to use), and would recommend also including a paring or chef's knife. Tough to do much in the kitchen with serrated steak knives. Also, we concur with other comments on the pillows. Very hard to sleep on. Lastly, would recommend check-out instructions be communicated 24 hours in advance. We were walking out the door when we got ours an hour before check-out. If we had to be on the road two hours earlier, we wouldn't have known what to do. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We had a great stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Just a short walk to the beach and to the downtown commercial area. Would highly recommend.

The condo was clean, Michael was pretty quick to respond to any questions I had and the space was the perfect size for our family with two little kids. Location was amazing with short walks to both the beach and (a little longer walk) to the shops.

This condo is very clean, well decorated and well stocked with toiletries and all that you will need for cooking. The bathroom is very well done with a great shower with plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable, but some pillows on the softer side would be nice. We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach, the short walk to historic downtown with good food choices, and the bike trails. The owner responded right away with any questions that we had. This is definitely a contender for a return trip. Thank you for a fabulous trip!

The condo has been beautifully updated. It was clean and comfortable. I grew up 2 blocks away, and this was a great way to revisit the area.

We really enjoyed the condo and our vacation! The location is perfect! Short walk to beach and downtown. Right on bike trail. Condo was spotless and host was very responsive with quick questions. Will be staying again!

Nice clean updated condo close to the beach and town. The only 2 drawbacks were, no dishwasher and only YouTube tv in the living room. But overall very nice and me and my wife would stay here again to have a laid back getaway. Amazing beach sunsets about 1 block away. Owner seemed very nice and responsive when messaging.

Perfect location, one block from the beach, also close to the beautiful downtown. Nice and comfortable appartment. We had a problem with the a/c, we called the owner and in less than an hour it was resolved. We would rent again.

We (me, my husband & our 4 yo daughter, and my mother) was immediately smitten with this apartment as we walked through the door. Everything was modern and clean, bright & airy, and just as described! "Check-in" was early & wonderfully nonexistant - I received the code to the door a day ahead of time and we walked right in! I'm not sure if this listing is newly renovated or not, but there were some items missing that would be appreciated at a rental, especially for people staying longer than a weekend - like coffee filters (we bought some and left them there for future stays), a wine key or corkscrew, a blender, books/games/cards, a chef's knife & a paring knife (tough to prep and cook with only serrated steak knives). Also the pillows were very tall and extrememely firm - after waking up with neck pain the first night, we all either slept without or bundled up the throw from the living room in a pillow case. Proximity & ease of walk to the beach is about as good as it gets in Venice! These things are small details - I would definitely stay here again!

No bottled water upon arrival, there is a coffee maker but no coffee. Also beds were not the most comfortable. but I think that's from being new. I know I'm being a bit picky but whenever I stay in a VRBO I always have a little welcome basket with snacks and water. Makes you feel welcome.

We were very happy with the condo. It was extremely attractive, clean and relaxing! The location was delightful where we could easily walk to the beach and the area of Venice with lots of restaurants and shops. Thank you!

It is a very nice and comfortable, well appointed place. We would stay again in the future. The only problem was that there was not a spare roll of toilet paper. We asked for more and we were given a couple but not enough for the number of people staying for the number of days of our visit so we just bought more. Also, the bathroom hand towel holder is half off of the wall. Needs attention.

This property is immaculate. The office is below you so it is very quiet. It is clean and perfect for anyone who appreciates to walk the island of Venice, Walk to the shops on Venice, go to the park, or farmers market. It is a very safe place and has the best people around if you would need any help. Michael was very easy going to work with. I would stay her year round if he would let me!
