We stayed here in July with a group of 10 people all over 18 and it was the perfect size for us. The house had everything we needed in it. We all enjoyed the pool. The hosts were great with communication. All in all a great experience for us!

Just want to start off by saying thank you to Bob and his wife for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. My family had an amazing time. The house was perfect and we hope to be able to stay again next year for the 4th July. Again thank you 🙏

Place was nice and clean! The sheets and towels could be newer! Otherwise great stay and place! Owners were super nice! Pool was great and the grass in the backyard was great for our dog!

This is our third time renting a property from the host, so that says a lot already! This property was new to us but as expected, they have everything you need to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. Per usual, the property is clean, spacious and conveniently located. We had one sedan, two big trucks and a boat and there was plenty of parking space. The beds were comfortable, the pool was refreshing and clean. I do not have any complaint at all! This property and host are just wonderful.

The house and property were amazing. Everything was clean and organized. Communication with Suzanne was great as she always answered right away. My family highly enjoyed their stay and are thinking of coming back next year as a yearly family gathering.

Four adults and four kids (ages 2-8) had a wonderful stay at this property in Yuma. The heated pool was definitely the biggest hit with the kids allowing them to swim comfortably in 75-80 degree weather. House was spacious, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We even made a simple Thanksgiving meal and had all the dishes, pans, pots, etc. we needed for everything. Quiet neighborhood, quiet street. Close to the Fun Factory for the kids. Would definitely recommend!!

We had myself and my husband, my teen son and 2 daughters in the house and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We stayed 5 days and I had not one complaint. If we ever return to Yuma, we’ll definitely return to this home.

My family and I loved staying at your home, we enjoyed the pool and arcade game. It is a little bit away from town but it was so nice and quiet away from the noise of the city. We loved the gift basket so much that we made our own little family trip to the Peanut Patch and picked up some goodies for the road. We will definitely be back!
