The location is great, public transportation was easy, but I wouldn’t say it sleeps 3 people. I stayed here with my partner and his sister while we were in town for a book convention and the futon was rock hard and so tiny. I’m 5’4” and my legs hung off the end when stretched out. We took turns sleeping on it since it was so uncomfortable, like sleeping on hardwood floors scattered with metal lining, so in my opinion the space sleeps 2 adults. A pull-out couch or higher quality futon would fix the issue. We loved that we were within walking distance to cafes and restaurants and it only took 15 mins on the bus to get to downtown Providence. The front door is directly on a sidewalk with foot traffic and the door lock was so outrageously simple (as simple as it could get) we did feel a bit uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the space while gone, so I contacted the owner to ask if he could change the lock code to something more complicated. He said he understood my worry but he had never had any problems and if he had time he would come down and change it but he never did.

Great location. Clean, great location right near Federal Hill. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Good stay. Robert was easy to communicate with. We didn’t see each other but we didn’t need to. Left his place in the same condition I got it.

Everything needed is here for a comfortable stay in this small studio. Pictures on website are accurate. Easy going manager answers texts and calls and any questions. We enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Please be advised that the area did not appear the safest. Specifically, for young children.
