Truly relaxing and enjoyable stay! Jesse and Susannah have the house so well appointed with everything you need and some fun extras as well! The beds are amazingly comfortable, the home’s decor is beautiful and the hosts sweetly checked in on us via email during our stay to see if we had any questions or whether they could help with anything. You guys went above and beyond - thank you!

The house was a bit small for more than 5 adults but we were able to make it work! However the back yard was phenomenal and well set up! We definitely took advantage of that! It sure was well stocked with fire wood and the neighborhood was nice and quiet! Broad Ripple being right there was also a huge plus for us as we enjoyed going there knowing we were so close to the house!

The house was everything they said it was and more. The night before we left was not so great. The master bedroom is down stairs and it was raining hard that morning. I woke up to water on the floor in the basement. I admittedly told the owner.

We really enjoyed the stay. We all slept great. It was in the perfect quiet location close to our business event. The access process was very easy, and the host was very fast to respond to any questions.
The only part that surprised me a bit was that I paid a cleaning fee, but then there were a few minor chores at the end. The chores themselves weren't bad, but why am I paying a cleaning fee if there are tasks to complete at the end? Maybe the fee only covers a small amount of cleaning? I would still book again in the future, but I would appreciate knowing the expectations upfront.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It has a great location which is close to so many Indianapolis destinations. The house is adorable and perfectly fit our needs. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Really cute house with thoughtful touches (labeling switches, snacks). Easy access to the monon and broadripple. My teenage son really enjoyed the basement bedroom and TV.

Very nice short stay with all the amenities within the house. Very clean, good communication with the owner and very convenient location to lots of restaurants and museums. What highly recommend.

The bungalow was cozy and comfortable for our group of four adults, with just a short walk to restaurants and bars on Broad Ripple Ave.

Property was better than described! We had plenty of room to enjoy our holiday. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to great restaurants and trails. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some to make great meals. The property manager reached out to us and was responsive to our question. We will stay here again if our travels bring us to Indianapolis.

This property walking distance to restaurants and shops. And a short drive to lots of small neighborhood restaurants, pubs and shopping streets.
This house is cute and clean. Sometimes houses look so much better in the photos, then disappoint upon arrival. Not this one!! It was exactly as represented. We had a really nice stay.

A Great House & Location
We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was a perfect blend of convenience to Grand Park and our favorite restaurants at Broad Ripple. The basement suite was very nice and the kids enjoyed the bedrooms on the main floor.
