We absolutely loved Dover and especially this neighborhood right next to the Marina! Perfect location in proximity to Sandpoint and surrounding areas!

Rental was for a quick stay yo enjoy a baby shower.
The condo was clean and inviting. Front door lock was tough to open, but other than that super quiet neighborhood.

Great space for our needs nice view comfy beds well stocked kitchen. (Hand mixer & ziplocks would be nice ) & tightening up bunk ..squeeked when moving ) would stay again

Had some issues with communication due to parking issue. No direct line to an owner but only VRBO management. Also one of the beds (top bunk) is only stable enough for children, so keep that in mind if you book. Other than that, very clean place with just about all the basics you need.

We stayed to enjoy Silverwood, this place was so cozy, perfect for a large family, and well stocked! Would absolutely stay again!

The condo was clean and stocked with everything you needed. The owners had tons of games to choose from. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Dover is a quiet and beautiful community. You had a little view of the lake off the deck. It short walk to the beach and it wasn’t crowded. Lots of space in the sun and shade. The only downside is that we didn’t have access to the community pool. All in all this is a great condo and we will rent it again.

The property was exactly as described and more! We travelled with myself, husband and two boys age 4 & 7. There was loads of space and the kids had their own rooms with the 4 yr old on bottom bunk and 7 yr old in the queen room. We were so happy to have a room and ensuite to ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you need to create after beach dinners! Thank you for a great stay, we will be coming back for sure!

Very clean and comfortable upstairs condo unit. Well equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, walking jogging paths abound, on site restaurant open for dinner, view of river. Would stay again and again.

We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one by far was the best stocked for a week of family time and cooking. it had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Loved it. As a suggestion...Leave a note on how the fireplace works and that trash day is Friday. It took us a day to figure out that the fireplace runs on the 2nd thermostat. Neighbors told us Trash day is Friday...we would have hated to leave a full trash can for the next guests.

This condo was beautiful and very clean. The pictures don't do it justice for how big it actually is. The setting and neighborhood is charming and quiet with easy access to the lake. It was equipped with most of the amenities you'd want, although there wasn't a tea kettle for the tea drinkers in our group.
The other few things that we'd like to mention are that the fireplace didn't have instructions on how it worked and the management company didn't seem to know either. It would've been nice to have the ambiance of a fire at night. All the beds, except the single full bed, were not very comfortable. The majority of us woke up with back and neck aches.
Besides those few things, we really enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness and peacefulness of the neighborhood helped us relax and enjoy our stay.

We rented this condo for the graduation weekend. We had our 95 yearold mother with us. The 20 stairs were daunting, but thankfully she was able to make it up and down. It was so lovely, so clean, and comfortable with the two bathrooms and comfortable beds. We could make our own coffee without having to go out for breakfast, it was perfect for us.

The high ceilings and big windows give a very open feeling. The quiet and serene atmosphere is very restful! The grounds are very well maintained and very conducive to nice walks !
The absolute only discomfort was the location of the TV above the fireplace. It was too high for comfortable watching!
Overall this is a great place to vacation and explore the area!
