This property had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The furnishings in the den and bedrooms were all very comfortable. The linens were also great! The toilets need some minor adjustments on them as does the shower in one of the bathrooms. The views are great!!! The property is dated and the elevator was broken some of the time we were here. The garage door was also broken most of the time we were here. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and the quietness of the property!

I found this property to be of great value. The car was sheltered from the weather and the living area was very comfortable. The views were great and it was nice being able to spot the building from long distances and know that we are almost home after a long day of being on the mountain.

This condominium had great views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. It had comfortable beds and the layout worked great for 3 couples plus and extra on the pullout sofa in the sunroom. We loved the ample seating in the family room for everyone to comfortably relax by the fireplace, watch tv or play games. The kitchen had the amenities needed. There was not a crock pot but there was a pressure cooker. Grocery stores, retail and restaurants are all very close. The walking trail by the lake was great and easily accessible. We loved the hot tub with great views. We did not have pool towels in our unit which would have been nice because the dryer took a long time to dry our towels. The beds were all very comfortable. There is not an outlet on one side of king bed so an extra long charging cable might be helpful. The condominium is located conveniently to be able to ski at A-basin, Keystone, Breckinridge or Copper. The covered 3 space parking was great!

This is a beautiful, well-appointed condo in a great location on Lake Dillon. We enjoyed lovely views of the lake and mountains, but were also close to shops, activities and restaurants. Our group of five adults had plenty of space to spread out in the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We had a wonderful week and will definitely book again next time we head to Colorado!

We loved our stay in Dillon a few weeks ago. The condo is wonderful with modern kitchen appliances and nice bathrooms. We would definitely rent this condo again!

We loved the location and views of the lake and mountains. Plus the bike/walking path is right outside the condo. There’s a playground within walking distance, along with picnic tables and rentals for the lake. The condo was clean and comfortable and although we didn’t do any cooking there it had everything needed had we wanted to make meals.

Our family loved staying here, especially the great view from the living area, the spacious rooms, and easy access to the bike trails. We would love to come back for another stay.

There is a large patio with gorgeous lake view from the living room. Minutes of driving from town center with restaurant and shopping center. Room is neat and clean. Big family room where kids really enjoy to cuddle together after dinner. Kitchen is full of necessary cookware and small appliance. Very good property.

This place was perfect for our group that went skiing. Hot tub was nice, and the views from the porch are phenomenal. Location is close to about everything you need in Dillon including multiple restaurants and stores. 5/5 stars.

Nice unit and easy commute to the ski areas. City Market groceries literally across the street. Nice layout for couples. Kitchen had all necessary tools.

The condo was exactly as advertised, maybe even better than expected. Spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable and “home” like. Will definitely try to stay again the next time we visit the area.

Can't say enough good things about this Point Dillon property. We stayed here as 3 couples, there was ample space for sleeping, bathroom, lounging and eating. The place is cozy, onsite pool and hottub were nice. Location is incredible for skiing just about any mountain in Summit county. Amazing views all around, this place can't be beat!

We had a group of 6 adults and it was very spacious and extremely clean. Nicely decorated for a mountain feel and very homey. Large bedrooms, living areas and three full baths msgr the entire stay very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for making meals before going to the slopes. Extra towels for our trips to the giant hot tub that they have on sight. Along with 3 parking spots for every couples vehicles. Tremendous value. We were all very satisfied with our stay.
