We enjoyed our stay at this location. Such a great place and so much for the kids to do. They loved the pool table. Lots of steps but worth it. Beautiful bedrooms and the back yard with the jacuzzi was fun. Very relaxing.

This is a great place. It was clean and spacious, and very close to Universal studios. (It cost us $9-12 to Uber over.) The neighborhood feels safe and was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. The host checked in on us a couple of times and was very friendly. I have no complaints.

We had a great stay here. We loved the open, modern house (so much larger than our own!) and the music history behind the house. We enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub every night. The location was great for going to Universal and exploring the Hollywood sights, and the house was a nice size and laid out well to comfortably accommodate our group of 8 (two families).

Fantastic stay. The house is huge. Incredibly close to Universal Studios but a pretty residential street up and away from the busyness of it all. Great way to enjoy all Hollywood has to offer in the Hollywood Hills.

We really enjoyed our stay at Skyhill. We had an 80, 59, 58, 33, 31, 30 & 15 month old staying and all were comfortable. The home is very clean and the open concept is great. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and grilling and played games every night on the large island. Very convenient to where my son lives and hope to stay again.

We recently spent 11 nights at this property and really enjoyed the experience. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, everything worked and it had everything we needed. The location was excellent too, very central to all the places we were visiting. We would definatley recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Darryl!

This was the best home away from home I've ever stayed in! Everyone enjoyed their space and the time together. This home has all the bells and whistles in a great location while very clean. The host was knowledgeable of the area and very communicative and accommodating!

The beds were incredibly comfortable. Fairly close to Universal Studios. The unit was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. It worked well for us overall. A couple of small things, but nothing that would keep me from renting this unit again

Great place to stay w/ family/extended family. Everything as advertised w/ beautiful large master bath. Convenient location 2-3 min drive from supermarkets, restaurants, and freeway. Host easy to contact and very responsive.

The whole house was bright, modern and comfortable but the bedrooms were especially roomy and luxurious. The house had every appliance you could need and a lovely outdoor space with comfortable seating, a fire feature and a hot tub for morning coffee and evening wine. The high end appliances came with very useful instructions for their operation. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and spacious enough for our group. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the game table and outdoor space (especially the hot tub). Darryl was very easy to communicate with and help us with any questions we had. My husband kept commenting on how comfortable the master bedroom bed was. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was immaculate when we checked in and had a modern, sophisticated decor. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Lots of spaces to relax and sit around. Very quick communication with the house manager was a big plus too. Strongly recommend

Beautiful home in a beautiful area! It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was basic and I was wishing it had a griddle or waffle iron for breakfast but most people probably don’t want to cook while they’re on vacation so I get it. The listing did say it was a five minute walk to universal studios, but we found that it was much longer with hills so it was easier to either drive or get an Uber instead. Overall we were very happy with our stay!!

This house was perfect for our family. The floor plan is open and the bedrooms are situated for privacy. It was clean and had everything we needed. It has a lovely private back yard too. The location to Universal Studios made it so easy to come and go from the home to the park and back again. The neighborhood was nice. The manager gave us all the information we needed and made everything hassle free. I highly recommend this property.

Great location if visiting universal studios .
Quick 5-7 minute Uber . Ubers were always available within a few minutes .
It’s up in the hills so if you’re visiting other attractions in Hollywood is about 20 min away so if you’re not doing Universal Studios, I would find something closer to the other Hollywood attractions.
Very quiet neighborhood, pretty strong regulations on noise after 10 PM. That was fine with us since we had young kids and we’re in bed early. But if you’re there with a group of adults wanting to be outside after 10 PM and have a few drinks and laughs, this place might make you feel uncomfortable.
This place is well-kept, modernized refinishing. Only major complaint is not very many towels and they’re pretty scratchy so you might wanna bring some of your own towels.

The house was great and a short 3min drive to Universal. There are food places and supermarkets 5min away so it's a very convenient spot. The house was clean and beautiful and spacious. I would recommend to stay here if you're looking for a relaxed and chill place to stay after a long day of seeing the town. No house parties since being quiet and no loud outside activity is not allowed after 10PM.

This was a great place to stay for our brief trip to LA! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied and had an abundance of storage. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for everything we wanted to do in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and lots of space for relaxing and enjoying time together as a family. Grateful we found this place for our home away from home!

We could not have asked for more. The house was spot on for our needs. It was welcoming, fun, private, relaxing and conducive to the work we had to do with our team. Everyone commented on the unique experience. The hot tub was a bonus. And, the host was attentive and very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing 2 weeks at Darryl's Skyhill Drive property. Immaculately clean. Everything felt high-end and great finishing touches around the property. A great house for a family vacation. Darryl was helpful and responsive to any small issues we had (hardly any!)

A wonderful house
We spent three nights in this house. It was stylish, spacious, well-equipped, and importantly very comfortable.
It was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout
Location was perfect for us, 3 minute drive to Universal, 10 mins to Hollywood and close to the freeway so Santa Monica was only 25 mins away.
Would definitely recommend

Property was everything that was listed and all the pictures are exact to the house. Very happy with the communication with the owner, we had a last minute pet add on and he was super cool letting us update our plan.

Perfect friends weekend
Group of friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. Everything was amazing. The house is even better in person. Ample parking to fit both our G wagon and I8 in the garage. Darryl was so helpful and quick to respond. We had an issue with the AC unit and he had responded and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Cannot recommend this place enough!
