The location was very conveniently located a couple of blocks from the beach. The home is very modern and comfortable inside. Only got 4 stars out of 5 because the hot tub needed some attention (the water smelled like wet dog), there was animal hair inside, and the kitchen sink and shower weren't very clean. All in all, it was a nice place to stay- it just needed to be cleaned better.

Westport is great. This rental was NOT. We tried to communicate with the management and got no help. The place was dirty, the bbq didn't work. The hot tub was full of sand, the hose was busted, no propane, busted microwave, and was really dirty.

Overall the house was nice and as expected. Yard was great for dogs and the hot tub was great! The cleanliness wasn’t amazing, though they did offer to send a local team to remedy it. Floors were sandy and dirty, the downstairs smelled a little like urine and the freezer/fridge had a very strong odor of fish. While the cleaning wasn’t necessarily up to par the house overall was still great!

This is a beautiful home! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cookware we needed for our Korean BBQ night and the hot tub was the perfect end to each of our evenings. The house was in walking distance to the beach which was a real treat. The backyard was also dog-friendly which was perfect for our needs. We do wish that we were notified about the possibility of checking in early with a bit more notice because, by the time we were notified, it was too late. Also, we weren’t aware that one room didn’t have a TV so one guest had to use their iPad. However, these are small details and we still had an amazing stay. If you’re debating on whether or not to book this home, look no further! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Everything was perfect for a getaway. House was very clean, hot tub was amazing, and the yard is perfect for our dogs to play in!

I recently stayed at SurfSide, which was within walking distance (5 mins) to a beautiful beach. One of the standout features of the rental was the hot tub, which was a wonderful addition after a day spent exploring the area. The kitchen was also well-equipped and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Another highlight of the rental was the fenced-in yard, which was a great space for our dog to run around and play. The sleeping accommodations were also comfortable, which made for a restful vacation. Overall, we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to others.

The house is great and the hosts have just about any amenities you could need. Having the beach within walking distance was a huge plus for us and our dogs. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

Place is extremely clean and well stocked! Nice modern furnishings! Backyard fenced with fire pit, chairs, and hot tub was great! During our stay the neighbors were a bit rambunctious on the other side of duplex. But!!...we could barely hear them when inside! Must have some good window and wall sound proofing! Kitchen works for a three bedroom, dining and living area a little on the small side. 10am checkout is ridiculous. Need to update your rules vacasa or homeowner!

First time renting a house and this one was perfect. We were five adults, one teen, and two adults. To be on the safe side, we packed air mattresses to ensure adequate sleeping arrangements. Plenty of bedroom space to set them up. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of sheets and towels which were easy to keep clean with the washer and dryer. Loved the beachy decor ! It felt like we walked into an episode of HGTV.

We had a great time! The house was very clean, had what we needed, fenced back yard for our doggie (she was so happy), and the hot tub was a plus! Great to be so close to a beach access and close to town.

We enjoyed our stay at SurfSide and will definitely be back. The bed was so comfortable and our toddler slept really well also in the pack’n’play they had there — with a mattress insert! It’s close to the beach, lighthouse trail, grocery market, and the brewery just down the road. My husband surfed and we definitely appreciated the outdoor shower to wash gear etc. The house was also very clean and had a ton of towels. We loved the hot tub as well.

We were three couples and two dogs and we had a great weekend at the house!

We couldn't be happier. A huge beach as far as you can see is within walking distance. Westport is a laid back fishing village with lots to do. Would highly recommend lt. Will be back.

Surfside was a wonderful getaway home for our family! The house was immaculate. There was plenty of window light and spacious rooms. Our big dog loved the fully fenced backyard. The location is quiet and easy to go between Grayland Beach and Westport. After being on the beach all day for a kite festival , the outdoor jacuzzi was a great way to relax. You can hear the ocean from the backyard. Definitely will stay here again!

We loved it here. Very clean and nice. If you have bad knees the stairs are killer. But otherwise a great place to stay. Well stocked in kitchen, beds comfy, hot tub and yard wonderful

This was a very clean modern home. The problem was it was advertised as sleeps 8 adults. This is not possible. It should say 6. The supplies are limited. There was no can opener or cake pan. It would be nice if there was some lawn chairs. The backyard and hot tub were nice. Quite area and close to beach and town.

Home was very clean and comfortable, and as shown in photos. Felt very new. Kitchen lacked some basic items (baking pan, cutting board, cheese grater) and could use some more coffee mugs. Enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach and lighthouse.
