We have stayed twice now as a couple and have found it very comfortable and lovely decor. Everything is clean and the coffee at the breakfast is delicious! The host is very lovely and welcoming with great conversation too!

Very nice, cozy and stylish place where I stayed for 5 nights. The room is small, but enough to rest at night. Beautiful view! The usual Italian breakfast (sweet) in the cozy dining room was full of interesting conversations every morning with a friendly and helpful host and my wonderful neighbors :) The property is decorated with pictures and sculptures created by the owner's father. You live like an art gallery. The balcony offers wonderful views and the sun. There are just 2 rooms in this accommodation, so here you feel like at home.

Ventilation in the bathroom would be useful. It would be great to use the kitchen, but this option is only available when you book the entire accommodation.

Very stylish house decorated by the artist. Everywhere pictures in his own manner. Everything was comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast is the usual Italian: buns, croissants, yoghurts, coffee.

The apartment has a lot of steps and has a complex structure to move around, just for information as it wasn't a problem for us

Fermo is the perfect destination for the traveller wearied by mass tourism. Everything is there, the countryside is wonderful, but there are no crowds or heavy traffic... Allesio was very attentive to my needs and responsive to any constructive criticism I had.

I received a warm welcome and a fine breakfast in a place with an interesting history. Charming surroundings and a beautiful view.
