Our stay was great, we are definitely coming back in the future. Everything we needed was there. The only thing I would change are the door locks in the restroom and shower, there were hard to lock. The over all experience was a 10/10. I am definitely recommending this house. House was clean and the back patio was very nice.

Stayed here over Thanksgiving with the family. Great house, lots of kitchen space, huge deck and porch areas, kids had a great time fishing off our dock and caught some fish. Beautiful view in a nice neighborhood. Close beach access. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back. Vacasa was wonderful to work with. Friendly and amazing customer service.

We enjoyed the spacious house with convenient access to the cold pass and the beach. Can't ask for more for the house of this quality.

Enjoyed fishing off the dock. Had a problem with the lights and got prompt response from vacasa. Will do this again next year.

Be aware Check in time is 4 pm, all other places are usually 3pm. The check in process was easy. The house needed major work, floor was damaged & linoleum was bubbling in kitchen & dining area. Major tripping hazards in areas where it was coming up. Pictures showed 3 decks, however 1 was damaged & boarded up. There were 2 boat lifts but only 1 worked & only front end lift works. Back cable will shock you. The Ice maker & water dispenser was not working on freezer door. Kitchen drawers had Mice droppings in silverware & dishes. Bottom of Day bed in master bedroom was broken & laying on floor. Master shower had Mold & long hairs in shower & on commode. Also found dirty towels left in downstairs shower. TVs would not work rebooted system but said system maintenance required. We did contact VACASA upon arrival & they sent repairman out to check ice maker ( wasn’t hooked up at all & couldn’t fix it) Maintenance couldn’t fix tvs or ice maker, was aware of daybed & floor issues. Maintenance was very friendly. Vacasa repeatedly said they would call us but never heard from them. I also emailed them as they requested but no response. 2nd night sitting in living room & several huge wood roaches crawled across the floor in kitchen. Granted it was raining but wasn’t impressed with cleanliness of house. FYI check out was at 10am, so it just felt like our time was cut short. Overall I would not recommend going through VACASA. We prefer VRBO only & dealing with owners not with VACASA.

This house was in a great location. And very roomy. We caught a lot of fish off the pier and close to the beach. My family made great memories here!

This was a beautiful home with much more room than expected. This spacious home provided plenty of room for my 5 grandkids and their parents. Boat docks were very nice as well, it was simple to dock our 28ft pontoon boat and the many large deck areas ensured that there was plenty of shaded areas to fish from during the days. Finally, the fishing right off the deck was great as well, several huge fish caught and my grandkids loved it so much they actually got up early everyday to fish. I highly recommend this home for any large families, plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and is very well stocked with extra bedding.

This was our first time renting from Vacasa / VRBO. Upon arrival, there was a door off the hinges. I texted vacasa and within 30 minutes it was fixed. Impeccable customer service. Check in and check out we’re very easy. Home is just as advertised. What a fabulous way to spend our weekend. I will certainly rent from here again. Thank you.
