This home was exactly what we needed for our Thanksgiving getaway! Plenty of space for our multiple family group with great gathering spaces for all of us. Everything was clean and well kept, and just as the listing described. Location was great for walking to the lake and to downtown. Host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and could not have been happier. Walking distance to everything - lakeside yoga (highly recommend Frank with Yoga Lake Geneva), brunch, boating, nightlife. The perfect weekend! We loved exploring the house - so many surprises with a new bedroom each time we opened a door. We loved it and can’t wait to plan our next stay!

We had a great stay at Mike’s place during our family reunion. The house met all of our needs and communication with Mike was exceptional. We would highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a stay close to the lake and downtown Lake Geneva.

We have 8 adults and 12 children (4mo -8yrs). More than enough room for noisy active children to play and explore while adults had quiet places to hang out. Game table for kids board games and quality puzzles, supplied by owner. Everything we needed for the kids was available. Comfortable beds, soft linens, plentiful new towels. We comfortably ate all meals in-house. Good kitchen supplies, three refrigerators. Good location, walk to town. Great host!!!

Everything was great, the house was clean and stocked up on supplies. Mike’s communication was quick. Location is perfect, we had 3 families with 6 adults and 7 kids - plenty of room for everyone and we all had a terrific time.

Comfortable and spacious home within walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva. Wonderful front porch and back deck as well as multiple areas in the house for small group gatherings. Plenty of plates, silverware for a large group. Beds are comfortable and there was a little wagon we used to transport children to the playground and the beach. A great home away from home!

This was a great house for a large family gathering with children aged 13-16 months. The older children enjoyed having a large bedroom that slept up to 9 and with its own separate space with a couch and plenty of room to keep out a fierce game of monopoly during our stay. Close to the beach, a playground, and shopping. Michael was a great host and we all throughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place for all of the kids and grandkids to gather for some R and R. Great location where we didn’t have to deal with downtown parking. Very walkable. Quirky home layout, but plenty of space for our group. My only suggestion would be to switch out the deck furniture for some that don’t need cushions, or get a deck box to put cushions in so they aren’t wet.

The location was great! House size was large enough to accommodate everyone with smaller areas for privacy or quiet time when people wanted. The kitchen was smaller for the size of the house and amount of guests to feed. We felt the kitchen lacked enough supplies to cook and feed everyone, especially forks and the cooking utensils were very random and sparse. Like 1 small cookie sheet and only a 2 piece toaster. We made due but we were constantly washing forks and search for dirty ones once someone fished eating. There were very few hand towels and dish towels and no strainer to dry dishes in. The owner was accommodating and offered to bring more by if needed before we left. But we made due and washed more laundry and dishes to accommodate our needs. We are a family that cooks almost every meal and hardly eats out. If you eat majority of your meals out, you would probably get by. A kitchen inventory I think is on the list once we leave. Overall we would stay here again.

What a great place for a large group! Convenient location, well appointed and lots of space to spread out, with good bedroom setups for everyone. Host was responsive and helpful. We had a perfect extended family visit!

The property was perfect for a large group of friends to be together and visit Lake Geneva. The house and grounds were beautiful. There was plenty of room to gather together as a group (even at the dining table) as well as space to have some alone time! The location is perfect - within walking distance of the downtown area. The owner responded promptly to all our questions. We would highly recommend this property for a large group visiting Lake Geneva.

This house was perfect for a holiday weekend getaway for a big family. We had 4 separate families staying plus kids and dogs and there was more than enough room for all of us. We really appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and the second fridge came in handy with so many people staying at the house together. The large dining room table was also a plus. The house was within walking distance of downtown Lake Geneva which made it convenient to get into town without worrying about parking. The walk itself is doable with kids in a stroller or wagon but might be a bit far for toddlers or elderly to walk. The host was very easy to communicate with. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Great trip at a great house. I would highly recommend for large families and multiple family getting together. Clean house with nice yard. Very close to the lake and easy to travel around lake Geneva.

We had a great time staying at this house. Plenty of room for everyone. The air conditioning works great! It was very hot outside but the house was always cool. Comfortable furniture and beds, lots of bath towels. House is close enough to the beach and downtown area to walk in about 10-15 minutes. Couple suggestions: add some hooks for hanging up towels in bathroom and bedroom areas so towels don't get mixed up while drying, maybe add a sofa table or large try on the footstool to set drinks? We weren't able to use the patio furniture because they weren't cleaned off and they were wet most of the time, that would be my only critique. Overall a great house, the owner was wonderful to work with!

Our group of six families really enjoyed this property. We took advantage of location by walking to the beach and downtown Lake Geneva daily. Mike was very responsive and answered all our questions prior to and during the stay. We will be back!

Property in excellent condition, host very accommodating, property very modern and clean. I would highly recommend this house.

This was my first time, renting something like this. I was scared, and worried till I got to the home. And it's was more beautiful then the pictures. And every one felted at home!!

Our stay was great from start to finish. Clean house, reasonable price, communicative owner and a lot of great common gathering space for a larger group. Would certainly stay again.
