Very nice cabin, good location, secluded, we enjoyed our trip

My husband and I went to Helen for a quick weekend away. The location was nice, real close to the city. The cabin was nice. Could've used afew more pots and pans for cooking. Also could've used a good power wash on the outside. Lots of cob webbs. Bed was comfirtavle. Porch was nice for morning coffee and an evening drink. Helen was fun. We did some hiking and tubing. Poked around in the city. Lovely trip. We had a great time!

Its really close to town, within walking distance of helen tubing, super comfy and cozy, the AC works extremely well so you don't need to worry about being hot even in 90 degree weather. The bed was extremely comfy. slept 11 hours each night. Only a few slight downfalls, its definitely missing a couple normal utensils or paper towels for more than a 2 night stay. also, the outside was a little dirty, meaning the outdoor furniture. also, side note,. the road coming in is a little treacherous, is steep, and definitely only fits one car. but that has nothing to do with the cabin really. overall, a great place to stay for a couple nights and i think we may visit again in the future!~

Beautiful cabin, well furnished, close to town, quite setting perfect for a wknd alone….great experience for my better half’s first trip to Helen! Will definitely return!

I really enjoyed staying there..the host was more than cooperative in my stay..the cabin was extremely neat and convenient to downtown Helen..i really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the middle of the woods..ill definitely reserve the cabin again..

Neat little cabin in the woods but convenient to town. Really enjoyed sitting on porch. Being 73 years old sleeping upstairs with the bathroom downstairs was a little challenging at night. Had a little problem with the door lock but Tad took care of it quickly. If I had to complain it was that the entry could have been swept and cleaned up a little better. Enjoyed our trip to Helen and surrounding area. Thanks.

I want to go back the place is clean, quiet and calm is you need to spend time with you husband that's the right place Tadd answers all my questions and concerns I definitely will be back

Absolutely loved our trip to Helen, and this sweet little cabin!

We had a great time! I was a litte nervous about driving a SUV and a potentially narrow road as suggested in another review, but we had no issues at all. For reference, I have a Toyota Highlander. I only had one very minor issue, but I found the tub hard to get in/out of. I am on the shorter side, so a taller person would have no issues. A step stool would have been helpful for me though.

It was a nice place to stay. I have pros and cons: Pros: Quiet Conviniant to town/parking Has everything you need to cook/eat at home We forgot sugar, but they have a whole box in the fridge of sugar, creamer, etc which I felt was very thoughtful. Lots of towels and washcoths, very nice quality and even folded cute. Black washcloths for makeup removal, also very thoughtful Hot tub was nice, you can watch tv from the tub. Provided coffee Close to the Dollar General and Circle K for supplies. Gas fireplace was great Tons of bed pillows, bedding very clean Cons: The road to the cabin is very narrow. So much so that 2 cars cannot safely pass in some spots. It is on a steep hill, and there is a decent drop off. I would advise against bringing an SUV, my hatchback was barely able to pass anything. There are a lot of potholes. This of course is not the fault of the owner, but is definitely worth mentioning. The lights oustide are pretty, but there are 2 very bright lights and the switches have been taped to the on position. So if you are on the deck, it is lit up like fort knox. There are neighbors directly beside, so you are offered virtually no privacy at night on the deck. Very dusty, especially on the tv and stair railings. Coffee maker has a short in it, so it either didn't work, or continued brewing until you stopped it. The door to the hot tub would not fully close, meaning the bathroom didn't offer much privacy. All in all I liked the cabin and really loved Helen

Beautiful cozy cabin, very clean. Had plates, utensils, glasses, mugs, pots & pans, had a coffee maker (Keurig style) pods and creamers, sugars, salt & pepper; bathroom necessities like towels, toilet paper, hair dryer. The two night stay was amazingly quiet and toasty warm with the fireplace…Excellent

My wife and I LOVED the place. The driveway was a bit tight, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay and sightseeing in Helen, GA. Highly recommend this place. 5 out of 5!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful and cozy getaway. The cabin was very clean, and no problems were encountered. Everything needed was provided. The host was great. Check in and communication was top notch. The cabin was very close to town and attractions. We would stay again without hesitation.

This cabin was perfect!! It was close to Helen, but it seemed far away--which was great. It was a wonderful place to stay for our long weekend getaway. We were able to relax in the cabin while being close enough to the town of Helen to get there in a few minutes. We would love to stay there again!!

We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday! It was cozy and so relaxing. It was quiet and very romantic. The best experience we have ever had with a getaway!

Cozy, comfortable & clean cabin. Christmas decorations were a plus! Everything we needed for the 2 of us. Close, but not close enough to walk. Very quiet too.

Little further from town than I liked but the cabin was cozy and a very relaxing stay. Recommended for a quiet and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our short stay there! Location was close to the heart of the town. Whole place was really clean, besides some dirt picked up on my son's socks near the entry door. And communication with Tadd was great. He was quick to respond at all times. Thank you!
