Property was clean, functional, easy to get into and close to downtown ashville. Worked well for our group of 8.

Wonderful accommodations. Very comfortable for 4 couples. Convenient access to the Biltmore, the Grove Park Inn, and downtown Asheville. Highly recommend 110 Terrace Vista.

Good option with four bedrooms and seperate showers. Ten minute drive into downtown, but solid option to have some p&q @ the end of the day.

Had a wonderful time. These townhouses were clearly setup for exactly what we needed. Big rooms, each with their own bathroom. King beds in each room. Couldn’t have been happier with the cleanliness, towels, beds, room size, and convenience. Super happy to have found this spot.

Very nice property. We had everything we needed. Everyone was comfortable except the bed pillows were terrible. Our teenage granddaughters appreciated all the bathrooms.

House was perfect for traveling with friends. 4 bedrooms with private bath for each couple is paramount. Also loved the tv in each bedroom.

Four friends from around the country gathered in Asheville for some long overdue girl time. The property was perfect. Four beautiful master suites allowed for privacy when needed & the living area inside & out was so comfortable for drinking wine & laughing. And the location was perfect. Literally 10-15min from everything I’m all directions.

The condo was a terrific place for 4 couples to gather! Asheville was a convenient and attractive location to meet for a birthday for one of our group! The condo was very new and very well equipped! Plenty of towels, soaps, coffee, trash bags--even an assortment of storage baggies! The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to restaurants within walking distance and only a short distance to Biltmore and central Asheville. The neighborhood was quiet and the condo on the upper side of the hill was a lovely place! We hope to come back again.

This place was awesome! 4 king suites, each with its own bathroom. HVAC worked perfectly in incredible heat wave. Showers all had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Great location which seems to be 10-15 minutes from everything we did. Very clean, well stocked. Beds and bedding super comfy. Obviously a professional set up.

This was the perfect place. The condo was super clean, modern, and in a great location! It was the most well-stocked rental we have ever seen - extra of everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all wonderful - very comfy beds. High on the Mountain was amazing! Thank you!

Four couples stayed in this villa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus a half bath in the laundry room. The instruction notebook needs some additions. We had to call maintenance to learn how to use the TV. There is no cable, just streaming, so remember to bring your passwords. Also couldn't find the tiny toggle switch on the light switch to turn off the living room fan. The kitchen needs a large nonstick fry pan. Otherwise this villa is great. For an unusual and great meal, go to "Stoney Knob Cafe" 6 minutes to the north. There is also a Publix close by in Weaversville.

We had a great stay here! The home was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The hot tub was a lot of fun in the evening!

I would recommend High on the Mountain to anyone. Very clean & beautiful.

The house is very nice and well equipped. Plenty of linens, dishes, cups, etc. One of the things that drives me crazy in a rental is when they don't have enough linens to match the bedrooms, or only 3 cups, etc. This was very well equipped. The unit was clean and seemed very new. Everything worked well. We did have an issue with the smoke detector going off, and the property manager responded to it quickly.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, well furnished, and had all the supplies we needed. Would definitely stay here again! It's a quick drive to downtown and close to the highway for heading out to hiking/parks/breweries farther away.

We loved that each couple had a king size bed and private bath. The unit had nice decor and was VERY clean. The kitchen was a little sparse (though we were warned about this). Would have loved a pitcher for tea/water as well as a 9 X 13 dish. There were plenty of dishtowels/detergent/pot holders. We had to run the dishwasher after each meal as there was only service for 8. We were not told (at least I did not see this) that we needed to turn on the ice maker so we ran out after 1 meal. The dryer was too high for us to be able to adequately read and we were never able to work it so that our towels dried. Lots of hot water which was wonderful.

My sister's and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We especially loved the hot tub. The only problem we had was that the furniture in the living area was not comfortable, that being said, I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay; new, clean, spacious and good location. Very cozy with all the soft throws. It was everything we were expecting and more. We would definitely stay there again!

The townhome was perfect for our all adult family if 6. It was clean, new, beautifully decorated and had all of the general necessities. The hot tub was very clean also. The only noticeable thing missing was a pair of scissors. Other than that everything was great. We would definite rent again and highly recommend to anyone considering Asheville

This place is gorgeous! It was within 15 minutes of wherever we were going! The hot tub was truly enjoyable! We each had our own bedroom with bathroom. We could not have asked for a better place! Thank you!

Everything was perfect

We loved our stay at High on the Mountain condo. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great getaway. The bedrooms had very comfy beds, TV's, and each had it's own bathroom with plenty of towels. We cooked breakfast several times while we were there and had plenty of kitchen supplies. Our family loved the hot tub so much that we were in it multiple times a day. It was especially great after the cold zip line trip and sunset hiking at Craggy Pinnacle.
