We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice.

We loved our stay here - the place was sparkling clean when we arrived and was well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have two dedicated parking spots, and the location was very convenient. We could easily walk down to Light Side coffee and Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville was a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

Southbound was perfect: wonder location, great amenities, comfortable beds, clean, well appointed, enjoyed the hot tub….everyone was great. We will be back!

This was the perfect stay for a group of long time best friends getting together! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, loved the hot tub and the large living area and kitchen. The location was quiet and quick 10-15 ride to downtown asheville. Very clean and homey. Would stay here again!!

6 friends coming from different directions - Southbound did not disappoint. The area this rental is in is not yet completely developed (from a retail perspective). When it is, the 'town' will have more shopping and eating within walking distance and that will be an added bonus. Drive into Asheville is an easy 15 minutes with plenty of options for everything. We had a great weekend - felt safe in this property - and you will not be disappointed in the accomodations. What a gem - thank you!

My friends and I truly enjoyed this rental just outside of Asheville. The place was extremely clean, well stocked and of the highest quality. Great space to relax, whether it be the living room or the hot tub. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay for a girls weekend. It was clean, plenty of room for all of us, and a great location to Asheville. Easy check-in and check-out.

We really enjoyed this property and the location of it. I have zero complaints. The only suggestion would be a smaller table with chairs on deck to sit out and enjoy the evening on deck. Thank you for a great experience.

A wonderful location! My group laughed that when we googled the places on our list we wanted to see the answer each time was 11-13 minutes away - and that was correct! All in various areas of Asheville. The condo was clean and comfortable for 5 ladies, though the twin beds could use a box spring so they aren’t so low to the floor - but still very comfortable. We had a great time and can’t wait to extend our stay on a return trip to Asheville!

We enjoyed a couples trip at this beautiful home. Location was perfect in quiet community with restaurants walking distance and short drive to city center. The accommodations were perfect and beds comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful!! Everything we could of asked for and more. Very spacious and fabulous decor. Very enjoyable stay. We would stay here again. We came to Asheville to visit the Biltmore.

We had a great time at our friends reunion! The home was very clean and in a great location close to downtown. Great little neighborhood restaurant and bar just two blocks away. I’d highly recommend!

The location was great everything was clean besides the hottub, when I called they said someone would come out to clean but never did... bring your own cooking items, anything they had was super cheap including the pans

This unit was fantastic in every way. It was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway where my husband and I came to hike. We arrived from our flight 2 hours early and the property manager was flexible about our check-in time because the unit was clean and ready to go.
