Our family of 24 used both sides of this large duplex for a week in mid-Juy. The location, layout and size are nice, many furnishings are up to date, and we enjoyed both pools and the hot tub. However, at least one new maintenance problem appeared every day. It became extremely frustrating and discouraging. The host was apologetic and quick to send repairmen to fix or replace the largest issues (a non-cooling fridge, non-cooling AC, sewage grinder back-up, and front door hinges that pulled out of its rotten frame). My husband fixed a few smaller issues (on his vacation 😖). But all of the trundle beds were missing wheels, many window blinds were shredded, a broken top-bunk bed slat had been poorly repaired, one queen mattress was badly stained and the carpet was extremely dirty, especially on the stairs. The host said he was not aware that his maintenance service was doing such a bad job. He said he had fired that maintenance person and that he planned to come inspect the property himself. As compensation for all the inconvenience, he offered us a free extra night and free use of a golf cart. We used the smaller golf cart (the larger one wasn’t working - no surprise). But none of us could change our plans at the last minute to stay an extra night. This could be an extremely nice property, but the host needs to make sure it is maintained.

5 families stayed in 5908 and 5910. Was spectacular!! We had a kid pool and an adult pool!! Beds were so comfy and kitchens were well stocked (both can openers were broken though) proximity to both baseball parks, schooners for pre-dinner cocktails and beach were easy Peezy. Definitely rent the golf cart-WORTH IT!!
