Tout était parfait. Pour commencer, nous avons eu tout au long de notre séjour un excellent accueil du personnel et plus particulièrement de Ghali qui a en permanence cherché à nous assurer le meilleur confort.
Notre réservation initiale portée sur l’appartement « charming and spacious apartment ». Cet établissement nous a fait faux bond. Au passage, j’en profite pour vous dire de vous méfier de cet établissement.
En solution de remplacement Booking nous a proposé l’appartement « Champ de course ». Ce dernier n’a également pas tenu son engagement. Méfiez-vous vous en également.
Au final, c’est à l’hôtel Nouzha que nous avons séjourné. Ghali a su nous proposer le meilleur confort : des suites spacieuses, bien aménagées, une propreté excellente, une climatisation confortable, un accueil chaleureux, une sécurité irréprochable pour notre véhicule, un vrai service digne d’un professionnel. Un grand merci à l’hôtel et à tout son personnel.

All the staff were good. The hotel was clean, location was good enough.
Facilities were not sufficient enough. The toilet condition was not good enough. The cost is high. Expected a more structured and well-spaced room within my budget.

The hotel is in the area far from old Medina so you can rest in peace. The hotel was good and the food was ok. The stuff were fine to us.
As all properties in Marocoit needs improvemtns, more clean room and other facilities.

Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly
The infrastructure is very old and the plumbing/furniture/floors/carpet were in very bad shape. Also, the breakfast at the hotel that comes with the room booking was by far the worst breakfast that I have ever had during all my hotel stays. Cold, stale bread, a cold hard boiled egg, and coffee that was literally served cold also. Very bad breakfast.

staff was helpful, even though the English was very limited we managed to communicate through my limited French and google translate
lobby and front of the hotel definitely giving a nice vibe but rooms are sterile and not cozy. bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned

as I am professional painter and interior decorator so I saw hotel needs more renovation.

Location was very good, as we were close to bus station for our further travels through Morocco. We were there during beginning of December, it was a bit cold, so heating was good in the room, toilets and plenty of towels, good breakfast in the morning, classic Moroccan. TV with plenty of channels
We were there just for 1 night, so no complaints. I think location is not too central. But for us for bus station was very good.
