Thank you to Linzy & Michael for letting us stay in your amazingly spacious home. It was the perfect place for getting together with our family & making special memories. The table tennis, pool table, piano & fishing was an added bonus & kept everyone entertained. We couldn’t keep the grandchildren out of the pool & the adults appreciated the hot tub. The out door space with the new kitchen area was fantastic & we practically lived out there during our stay. It was a convenient location for Busch Gardens & plenty of stores & restaurants nearby. Linzy was a great host & responded straight away if we had any questions or issues. I would definitely recommend Majestic Brant Manor as a lovely place to stay Hilary

This was truly a home away from home experience! The property was advertised with customer service from eye owners that matched. The unexpected part was rye welcoming of our group by residents in the neighborhood. They ensured we knew the locations to enhance our experience. I am looking to make this my annual location.

Nice place for a family vacation. Centrally located

We had an amazing vacation with a group of 16. We had 8 adults and 8 children. The kids had SO MUCH fun in the pool and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. There was plenty to do and location was still within 30-60 min. from the places we wanted to see and the things we wanted to do. We ate every meal at the outdoor dining table. It was conducive to our entire group. We had kids from age 2-7 and they LOVED the pool time. We attempted fishing off the dock, but no luck with catching any fish. Linzy and Michael's response to our questions was quick. They were very helpful to us.

The pool and hot tub had not been serviced. Checked in Tuesday, pool not usable until Friday PM. Price adjustment of $600.00 was not adequate. The hot tub has a safety issue with the water intake.

The property was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. Check-in was easy the property was very clean. They may check out very easy, and I would certainly stay at this property again.

This home was everything we expected and more. The hosts were very communicative and the home was plenty roomy for my family of 18. Everything, and I mean everything that we could have needed was available to us. I would stay at this home again if our family plans on being in the area again. The place was amazing. It was very spacious. The hot tub and pool was great. The owners was quick to answer and questions we may have had. The kids loved to able to go fishing. We loved playing games and just enjoying the house. The pool table and ping pong table was a big hit also. Thank you so much for sharing you're beautiful home.

We like staying in lovely vacation properties where the home itself is the vacation and this estate epitomizes every bit of that statement! There were 11 of us (7adults and 4 children). The bed and bath configuration was as good as its gets with plenty of room to spare. The screened pool (free of critters) and lanai area were just ideal for water fun and relaxation day & evening. The fishing poles and gear kept the fishing sportsters very happy on the lake. The home is wonderfully equipped and easily accommodated our group. I felt a bit bad that a couple of folks in our group contacted Linzy & Michael ahead of time to check on features of the home - but they were so gracious and very happy to answer all the questions. In the end, although we visited town and the gulf beaches, our whole party made it very clear that they just wanted to get back to our own resort to play and relax, Thank you Linzy & Michael. You're the best!!!

This was just like the pictures and narratives described it and more. Immaculately clean and perfect for large family groups. Plenty of space to gather or find privacy to read a good book.Owners and host went out of there way to make sure everything was just right. Close to Downtown Tampa and groceries/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat .

Just spent a week with six other guys on our annual spring training trip. This house could not have worked out better! Everyone had their own bedroom; each one comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Also had pool table and ping pong table which we gave a workout. Outside area is awesome with big pool/hot tub and lake out back if you like to put a line in the water. Owners were very considerate and responsive. We asked for TV outside to watch NCAA games and they provided a great setup. Will definitely return for next Grapefruit League trip.

The Brant Manor was perfect for our family getaway. We had 10 people (3 teenagers) and had PLENTY of room to have our own space. Shelly was AMAZING and was always available for questions. The property does need some TLC on some small things but overall was fantastic. Make sure you are aware of the operation for the pool/hot tub. None of us knew how to operate it (and the instructions said not to touch the settings) and therefore went without a heated pool for the first part of the trip until we asked (which they promptly responded to) so be sure you know how to operate it. The hot tub was a huge hit as was the pool table and ping pong table! The pier to fish off of was also very nice. We were able to take daily walks/bike rides through the neighborhood (super nice neighbors). For being in a neighborhood it was very private. There are very close grocery stores, restaurants and really anything you will need. We did have a lot of activities we did in Tampa and at first I was worried about the location but it was very easy to get to everything including the Florida Aquarium and Bush Gardens within about 15-20min depending on traffic. All of the bedrooms are really nice sized rooms and plenty of extra blankets/pillows/towels etc. The whole house was REALLY well stocked with everything we needed! They even accommodated us for a late check out since we had a later flight which was AMAZING!! Thank you again to Shelly for being so kind and it was great to get to meet you in person! We would LOVE to come back to visit Brant Manor again in the future!

My organization rented this property for a manager retreat and it was perfect for our needs! Plenty of space to spread out and work, lots of different rooms and spaces for breakout groups. It was perfect from start to finish!

We had our kids and grandkids with us and it was great size for the group. Individual rooms and bathrooms for each family plus great common areas.

This house is so beautiful and large with plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and very well stocked. We had a lot of fun in the pool and hot tub, as well as playing ping pong, board games and pool. Shelly is a delightful person.. friendly and helpful. I was happy to meet her and we had a pleasant conversation. Our vacation here was absolutely wonderful.

Overall good, but the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. the mattress springs squeaked and bed was uncomfortable. Dinning room chairs and den chairs were uncomfortable. Only two bedrooms had televisions and they were too small.

It was our third stay here. The property and management are obviously very good. We have stayed in VRBO's for 27 years. A solid venue with quality homes and owners. We plan to return next year.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Amenities were superb. Location and community were impeccable with lots of nearby fun things to do. Neighbors were delighful and friendly. Property manager was friendly, great personality and possessed all the characteristics of a people person. She made certain we had everything we needed for our vacation. She's definitely on top of her job. She was very respectful and always a phone call away.

We had 19 people and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had spices and herbs in cabinet. The outside kitchen and pool were our favorites. The pool table was a big hit with our teens. They had fishing poles to packn’plays for baby. A well supplied beautiful house. The manager, Rochelle, was a pleasure to work with. You won’t be disappointed. This is our fourth all family vacation with VRBO, and they never disappoint .

We recently stayed at Brant Manor with 12 of our closest friends and it was perfect! 6 couples and 2 singles-everyone had a space. All we had to supply were the groceries! Rochelle was amazing. Pool and lani were perfect places for all of us to be together. If we do another trip to this area we would definitely stay here again!

We rented this with 5 families with children of all ages. There was plenty to do! The kids fished, swam for hours, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The outdoor grill and table were a huge plus for big families. No need to dry off from the pool to eat dinner. The house was big enough for all of us to have our own space but come together in the living room and kitchen for time together. The pool table was a hit too! We were also thankful for all toiletries provided also, plenty of towels, soap, and cleaner. Would book again! Safe neighborhood for evening walks too! Friendly long term neighbors!

Visited the area for a sad occasion, a funeral, but this home made everything better. It was a great place to be with my family from eating dinners outside on the screened Lanai, fishing in the lake, coffee by the pool, and family time while cooking in the kitchen. Everything was perfect. The adults had space to relax, like the hot tub, and the kids loved the pool and pool table. The owners and property manager were nice and responsive, although we hardly needed to call (only when we set off the alarm). Definitely plan to be back for the perfect place for a large family to spend time together and relax.

Very nice home. It could use a little attention on things. There were things that didn’t work. She replaced the coffee maker, but then the ice maker never made ice, hot tub kept filling up with sand and then it would fill up. It didn’t seem like they spray for bugs at all. Be side that it was a nice place

The property was well equipped for our group. The location was excellent - safe, friendly neighborhood with many restaurants and stores nearby, as well as close driving distance to many attractions and sites. Rochelle, the property manager, was so friendly and helpful. She stopped by the check on us and was very sweet and kind. Perfect property for our needs.
