Location and private pool were great.

The decks felt unsafe to have my 1 year old on. There were cobwebs all over the fan in at least one of the bedrooms. Prior to the trip vacassa was difficult to deal with and very slow to respond to questions. We were told early check in was absolutely not an option but the timing had us at our destination at 10am. No one was there. 1 pm no one was there, 3 pm no one was there. I finally went inside at 3 and found all the beds made and garbage empty. I just have to wonder if we could have been in at 10 and got my youngest child a much needed nap. I know I agreed to the check in time but struggle to understand the simple accommodation when it’s possible. It’s very low impact to them if they are finished preparing anyway, but would have made a huge difference to us. Bring your own garbage bags. Found out on day 3 they only provide one bag per can for the whole week in a house that holds 18 people.
