Conforto, limpeza, equipamento da cozinha, espaço exterior

check-in demorado, sistema do alojamento não tinha registado o pagamento que eu já tinha efetuado pelo booking. Tive que mostrar todos os registos que tinha na app booking e inclusivamente registo bancário.(ponto a corrigir: comunicação alojamento\booking)

Un sitio bien cuidado, con gente muy atenta y profesional. Los apartamentos completos, mobiliario nuevo, muy cómodos. El restaurante es de lo mejor de la zona.

Tiene parking propio, pero hay que tener cuidado, sobre todo al salir, ya que está en una curva de la carretera de Reinosa y es bastante arriesgada la salida.

Se avisó con antelación y no estaba preparado. Hacía muchísimo frío en el apartamento y la calefacción no subió a más de 17 grados durante todo el fin de semana. Un horror! Habían telarañas, no había mantas suficientes, etc.....

The location is great, landscape wise, the surroundings all perfect. The apartment I got, was on the second floor,a one bedroom apt. it had a cool little window with views to mountain and fields. it looked smaller than in the photos though. The kitchenette had the appliances, microwave and vitro ceramic plaque, dishes and all that. it had the sofa bed and one double bed as mentioned. but the apartment can be a little dark. I would say is ok for short stay, no more than one or two nights. unless if your travelling solo. with kid can be a little small. they accept pets which for me was important. It does look renovated and with new appliances.

It was not really a one bedroom apartment as there was no door separating the bedroom area. It should be a studio apartment. In the bath, no hands towels, had to ask for them (we were 2 adults and 1 child). In kitchen: no Kettle for water/tea and no kitchen towel to dry the hands. I was not pleased at all when I arrived and there is no reception for the apartments, the main entrance was the entrance to the restaurant, and I had to enter through the bar. Only when I got the keys they showed me the back entrance through the parking area. When I arrived the sofa bed was full of little wood bugs that fell from the ceiling (wood ceiling) had to clean myself that. There was also an horrible noise from the chimney of the restaurant they have right on top of the ceiling of this apartment, which was working all they long..during meals times, and one day until night 22h +- we had to request several times to turn that off, because the floor/walls wood vibrate with that sound. The staff was nice, only one lady which was very friendly, but the man who welcomed was not not friendly or gentle, with appeared he was doing us a favour. I would not recommend this property at all, they. either fix the chimney issue or they should use this place for storages, not to have clients/ customers/families sleeping.
