location was not bad and it’s located nearby a beautiful beach. that’s cozy and nice.

The shower booth was awful. the water in the middle of shower was leaked onto the floor but there was no drain the water gets out. after the entire floor got flooded. I couldn’t stay there for night. it sucks

The property is very nice. Great price. Very comfortable, nice pool.

Staff was rude and not accommodating. We arrived on our wedding night, I double checked with them that it was okay to arrive around 2am. We got there at 2 and the staff did not care it was our wedding night and screamed at us that all the computers reset at 2 and we shouldn’t have shown up then (after they told me it’s okay). They didn’t offer a solution and weren’t kind. We waited 45 minutes to get our room (in my wedding dress, etc). They also told us they’ll put something special in our room for our wedding night and there was nothing.

I like the staff and location. Beautiful view of the sea close to shops and transport. Great indoor pool.

The hotel location i didnt like and the price is way too expensive for a 4star hotel not worth it at all

Unfortunately, I got to the Hotel at 3PM ish and dressed for Bat Mitzvah, I left 6:30 PM for reception at Pavillion 10.... Returned late that night very late... , Out at 9:30. AM ,,,,, I didn't have breakfast I paid for . . THE cost for my purposes was prohibitively high. The room was only good for one person. The decor was not my taste . Two much texture and detail . BUT, let's just say I was not a good fit for the room. I lovely view of Tel Aviv out the window. THe staff went out of their way to weigh my luggage. I was to be dropped off at Ben Gurion at 3.
